I was at the drive thru behind another customer waiting over 10 minutes when I realized no one even took his order yet. After... another 8 minutes I can finally hear the employee take his order. Once I pulled up I also sat at the box for an additional 10minutes and still no one asked for my order. I was waiting a total of 28 minutes and decided to get out of line and just park infront and go inside. Once inside I saw ONLY 1 employee and the young man was doing the best he could but again I waited for 5minutes waiting patiently to be asked to take my order. I was extremely upset because the store leaves only 1 employee to takedrive thru orders including filing them and take customers orders inside! I'm extremely patient but I was so stupid for wastinga little over a half hour to order. I have never had this happen at this location since opening and sadly I will not return.It's a shame the manager would put this employee completely alone and not have another employee working and while I'm extremelyupset I am not upset with the employee but EXTREMELY Upset and FURIOUS with the manager for doing this to an employee! Shame onthe manager at this location because many cars finally left after waiting so long. Read more

Only Vehicle in line. Only Ordered 2 items: egg and cheese wrap and coffee. Coffee didn?t have sugar at all. The old Lady at... the window thought she was done when she gave me my coffee, almost Forgot My other item Until I reminded her. This Dunkin hasbeen opened almost 1 year and every Time we Come Something is always wrong! Read more

Dunkin is a good place, but sometimes the customer service lacks and they don't always listen carefully when placing an order so... I've had several bad experiences. I have paid for bacon to be added and drive off and wind up having to come back to have itremade. Also sometimes my food isn't hot as it should be after waiting awhile in the Drive thru line. Other than that, I've hadpositive experiences too. There has been great customer service and friendly staff, who has made my food hot and my drinkscorrectly. Read more

If ur just getting donuts and coffee, walk in, and be out in <5 minutes. If you're ordering hot food, go through drive through... and wait for at least 30 minutes. Read more

Sat in the drive thru line behind a few cars for about 10 mins. Eventually both cars in front of me drove away without ordering.... I drove around and went into the lobby where I was ignored by the 3 employees until I spoke up asking if anyone was working thedrive-thru. Was told not yet, asked if I could order in the store then just to be told "well we don't have the registers up yet,we're just really short staffed". There were 3 employees that I saw, and only one making an online pickup order. This was about6:20am when they clearly should have been up and running. I understand the world is short staffed, but if the door is unlockedand your store is open, this is unacceptable. Read more

Stopped 4 times, had to wait over 15mins in drive thru 3 times. Haven't been in the lobby to order. Pull up to the drive thru... window to see bunch of kids goofing off. Shouldn't take 15 mins to get two donuts. If people aren't going to work. Fire them andhire people who need to work and willing to work. Will not return Read more

Just wish drive thru could pay attention to order requests. My wife is lactose intolerant. We ordered a bagel toasted, no cream... cheese. Yet, smothered in green cheese. Such a pain to drive back. Lesson learned, always check before you drive off... Read more
