Today was the fist time I visited this Arby's. I ordered and drove to the window the cashier asks if I have cash. I said no only... card, she then tells me they having issues and if I would go to the bank and get cash and pay 3 dollars becuse its not my bank.To be honest I was a little irritated having to go to the bank then drive back and go inside and pay for my meal or wait in thedrive up to get it. I got the cash and came back inside by this time I thought well maybe it happened between me ordering andgetting to the window something that was unavailable. I walked in and a gentleman brought me my food and apologized saying theare having issues, he was on the phone clearly trying to hadle the situation and yet still had time to bring me my food andapologize. Hats off to you sir if you are the manager. He said this is on me and gave me my food for free. The beef was spot onthin sliced and amazing! It is hard to find a Arby's that is able to deliver thin sliced beef usually they don't care and justthrow it on the sandwich no matter what it is. New place. Nice and clean for now. Had the beef gyro. It was a much better sandwich than I expected. Service was quick. Manager... and employees made a point of checking with the dining room customers. Read more
Really long line but they made our sandwiches correctly and everything tasted decent. Only decent ?fast food? option for us... because we?re not big fans of greasy stuff. Market fresh sandwiches are def one of the best quick sandwich options. Read more
Hit up the new Arbys, service was fast, customer service was great, however my 30+ dollar purchase was wrong when it was... unpacked at home, the $13.00 Wagu burger contained cheese and the 5 ham and cheese sandwiches were MIA, in there place were beefand cheddar sandwiches which i provided a coupon for?.. My first time there, and I didn?t walk out happy. I ordered a roast beef gyro and they gave me a traditional gyro. My medium... fries were only half full. But the line was too long to take it back so I accepted their mistakes. Lots of shouting between crewmembers. Not a pleasant experience. Read more

This is the second attempt at Arby's in Fallon. Not sure what happened to the first one but happy about this one. I usually end... up ringing their bell for good service. The only problems I've had have been with the sauce pumps clogging. I've always beenhappy with the quantity of food there and always get their Strawberry Lemonade. Read more
