To be honest I am a little confused. The mobile app lets you place an order for a restaurant that is already shutting down /... closed. Google hours says they are open till midnight tonight. But the store had already turned off their equipment for thenight (it's 10pm PST). I want to clarify the staff were amazing and turned everything back on to make my order. Despite havingeverything already down for the night. The poor rating is due to the app allowing the order to be placed at a store alreadyshut down for the night, not having contact info for support in the app. And for not having cancellation requests for the orderavailable after hitting the "prepare my food" button. Most people will hit the "prepare food" button on apps that use thisfeature right before pulling into the drive so they can just hop in line, grab, and go. But this approach of removing the cancelorder option entirely after hitting the button seems to punish those that do this only to find out that they can't be served. Iimplore the devs to please either: 1: disable online ordering once a store starts shutting down. OR 2. Adding a contractsource in the app for people who hit the button only to find that they could not get their order. Read more
Its usually a spin the wheel as to quality of anything past the breakfast menu, not sure their attempt to copy Carl's Jr's Road... burger is a reason to hang out with the clown.... Breakfast and the egg rolls are spectacular these days and clearly a reasonto hang out with the clown. Read more
