I tried the $11 lunch special, which included a trip to the salad bar, a soda, and a sandwich of your choice: I got the meatball... sandwich. The salad was chilled, fresh and excellent, with a large choice of greens, salads, toppings and dressings. However,the meatball ?sub? was hard and weird and didn?t taste good. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! There aren't words to express just how bad the customer service was at this place. The... counter person couldn't answer any of the questions we had about the menu, the spinach and cucumbers on the salad bar were oldand slimy, when asked to have new vegetables put out we were totally ignored and they were never replaced. The parmesan cheeseshakers were all only 1/8th full and staff refused to fill them anymore claiming they they aren't allowed to which is bizarre.While there eating we witnessed two other totally separate parties having issues and both went up to speak with a manager aboutit, however both ended in shouting matches and both parties leaving upset. We ourselves will never return and can't recommendthis terribly managed place. Read more
I hate to give bad reviews, but sadly you must have to, especially when you see that such a poor place like this has a four star... rating it does make you think if they are real reviews. Let's begin with the service, the guy in front taking the order. Weasked, do you have a thin crust? Ohh yes a deep dish?...we should just walk away at that point but we decided to order tworegular 10" pizzas one cheese and the other with ham and two drinks, total $37? OK so we sit and wait. 25 to 30 minutes later,pizza is ready. I cannot describe how dissatisfied we both were, at first I thought it was only my pizza but actually both werebeyond acceptable salty levels, something like McDonald's fries multiplied by at least 3x more. The service was beyond poor soit was the food, so now I wonder who in the world actually gives them a 4 star rating. Is beyond my comprehension as it doesn'tdeserve that rating at all. Any other chain pizza restaurant is way better than this. Save your time, your money and yourhealth, that much salt cannot be good for you. Read more
Hot sacks aka sandwiches are delicious, pizza is good but customer service was lacking. Also when we picked up our pizzas from... the pick up area to eat in the restaurant we were not given anything to serve the pizza with. Also ordered the tostada pizza andreceived salsa and sour cream in a bowl with no utensils. Read more
We visit here every time we come into town. The salad bar is ok, they have a pine nut pasta that is really good, the ladies are... nice, the place is clean. I ordered the pesto veggie, it's delicious!! We'll see you next time we're in town, thank you! Read more
First time visitors, the experience wasn?t great. The cashier just stared at us while we were looking at the menu without... greeting us. We asked how much additional topping(s) would cost to which she didn?t know. It was pretty pricey for a pizzaplace. Especially for the salad bar that you are not permitted to make a second trip to. The veggies looked dried out and thespinach was pretty wilted. Something on our garlic chicken pizza (that was completely missing chicken btw) was incrediblysalty. However, The crust on the pizza was good. Having to go up to the register for drink refills was pretty annoying. Notsure if we would come back. Read more
