Always a great experience! Anytime I am close to Pizza Hut ( I live in a very rural area so its a treat for me), I stop to pick... up a pizza since Pizza Hut is my favorite place to eat pizza! My order was NEVER delivered. After 3 hours, I called the store, I was told the delivery person knocked on my door but had no... answer and called and had no answer. That is a lie, nobody ever knocked on my door or called me, there was never any attemptto deliver the order. I ordered from the online app, I promised my grandchildren pizza for having a great week. I had it scheduled to be delivered by... 11:30. When the time was 11:45 I called the store to find out where my order was. During the input of my info I changed myaddress and phone number. When the person answered he told me that he tried to call me and tell me we were out of his area todeliver. I am only about 10 to 12 miles from that store. So I never did get the order I wanted for my grandkids. He had theright address but I never got the phone call telling me he was cancelling my order. Read more
