Oh where to begin... 14$ for a footlong that's skinnier than an infant's leg. Half the condiments they used to put on for the... same price and not even double meat or cheese. Employees are always crabby or grumpy. Never any hospitality. No mannerisms. Andnow they ask "would you like us to make it how it's recommended?" And it's literally plain and toppingless. I ordered a Phillyand said yes and all that came in it was meat and provolone cheese. Places like this should not be in business and I plan ontaking my business elsewhere as this is now just a corporate cash grab location. Read more

There is a reason it's fast food. You get what you pay for. But inflation must be killing restaurants like this. Not nearly... enough meat. I ordered the BMT big meat and tasty. And I got nothing of the sort. Read more

I haven't been inside since way before the remodeling job, but everything upon entering was Clean and smelled fresh. The staff... was nice and friendly. The food was delicious, super fresh and tasty. Read more

I pulled up to the drive through to make an order, the woman on the speaker repeated the order back to me incorrectly so i... corrected the order, she repeated the order again incorrectly so i figured the first time she didn't hear me so i spoke up againgiving her the correct order. She blatantly told me i was yelling at her. I told her i was not yelling at her i just spoke up soshe could hear me. or maybe she did hear me the first time and just ignored what i told her. I pulled forward and the woman wasstill accusing me of yelling at her which i then explained that i spoke up so she had tge order correct. I wasn't even angry atthat point untik Mrs. Emma the store manager was very disrespectful at the window. She apparently dosen't know how to handlecertain situations. Like hiw is she even a store manager this baffles me. She voided the transaction and told me she didn't knowif i was going to receive my fund's or when i would receive them back. This by far is the first time i have ever had an issuewith subway since i have been living here in two years. Completely unprofessional service, no customer service satisfactionwhatsoever. She was completely out of lone with her actions. Woulf never return due to her ride demeanor that she carries. Read more

Waited in the drivethru for a total of 32 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. I ordered a toasted blt so naturally... after it sat for half hour it was cold and the bread hard as a rock. Worst service in any kind of resturant EVER. Wont go back.Recommend you dont go either. There were 5 people working. How could it have taken that long? Read more
