5-stars to the staff at this location. My mobile order has been stolen twice this month alone, and they always re-make my order... for me without hesitation. Great customer service, especially from the manager (I wish I could?ve gotten her name). You can tellthe staff here are hard-working. As for the food, this specific Chipotle location is my go-to Chipotle for a reason. Greatportion sizes, the guacamole is always nicely green and fresh, and the chicken is always juicy. Out of all other Chipotlelocations in the NoVA area, this location and the Seven Corner?s location always consistently have the best chicken at lunchrush. I recommend this Falls Church location much more over McLean?s Chipotle location. Speaking about the my stolen order;someone stole it in front of 3 Falls Church police officers who were sitting just a few feet away! I love Chipotle ???? Go often to different locations. The server that served me at Broaddale West Broad Street in Falls Church... was so sweet ?? She had the best smile. Wish I would've got her name so I could add it in this comment... hopefully can get araise. The other servers needed work with their customer service ???? That's everywhere these days. Read more
When I got there 5:00pm, almost every the meat trays were almost empty, it couldn't be just for 1 order. And ther was no steak... left in the tray at all!!!! I ended up waiting more than 15 mins just to order salad bolw with steak. HOW COME THEY DIDN'TPREPARE!!! I was so disappointed. We have tried to order here so many times. If you are lucky enough to get all of the items you ordered, the portions are so... small. 99% of the time the food is cold even if you arrive prior to the pickup time. The "lettuce" in my salad was just giantchunks of the bottom of the romaine stalk. Not even edible. Terrible experience time after time. Read more

Rude staff and they don?t give Proper portions. Went to this location yesterday their rice was basically empty they scraped it... from the bottom of the container the steak was old and dried when I brought this up they had an attitude I told the young lady Iwould like a full portion of corn the young man refused to give me my food and less I paid extra for the corn which is notchipotle policy at all. I had to literally call corporate just to get my food Ended up making it home. 1hr and 30 minutes laterthan I wanted. They?re young manager has an attitude problem he was talking to me as if we were homeboys or something. Veryunprofessional. Someone from their corporate office assisted me and I was able to get my food . My opinion just skip over thischipotle drive down to any of the other locations people are way nicer these guys are not worth your money. Read more
Food quality is fine but I'm leaving this one star review because I have run into the same issue at this particular location.... Ordered double full portions of protein and received a smaller/lesser bowl than a "regular" portion of protein, which is justridiculous considering the upcharge. Chipotle app has an easy way to claim problem orders, thankfully - but this reallyshouldn't be the standard of service received here. Read more
