We ordered online and came in to pick up our food, there were no signs where to stand to pick up the food so we stood at the... place were you order and we?re ignored by the 3 employees 2 young girls behind the counter and one young male ?cleaning? theplastic shield. The food barely had any taste (tacos), not coming back. PS: we saw other couple came and were ignored by thestaff and the young male was still ?cleaning? the same plastic shield. Hope management teaches these people some customerservice or gets rid of them. Read more

I highly recommend District Taco! This was the first restaurant I came to upon arriving in Virginia for my relocation. I love... this place. The food is made fresh in front of you. They do it quickly but thoroughly. The staff is amazing! Very attentive.They ask your name when you order and they remember you as a guest when you return. I?ve been obsessed with their food sincearriving. They offer their tacos with different toppings or you can get them ?Mexican style,? which are street tacos. I am fromLos Angeles, so this is how I like them. They are amazing! They also have a chipotle sauce that?s pure heaven in its smokiness! Aside from the parking, I would give this place 4 1/2 stars! By the way, they?re attached to Walmart and the parking is shared... with the Walmart parking garage. You have two hours free parking after that you?re subject to a fee. Walking up to thisrestaurant I wasn?t sure if they was closed due to Covid, the restaurants seem completely desolate and empty. However I noticedI was there mid day and they were training a new guy on the grill. I ordered fish tacos and I couldn?t choose between theflower or corn tortilla so I decided to get both. Lol This indecisive girl also could not choose between her sauces. So whatdid I do! I got all three of them- Chiltomate, colorado and mestizo. ???? I now prefer flour tortilla over corn, only becausethe corn tortilla kind of reminds me of cornmeal which takes away from the flavor of the fish, to include the salsa and all thefixings. I ordered from District Tacos via DoorDash. I ordered one Guacamole Burrito, one order of the 3 Taco deal (Chicken, Beyond... Meat, Mexican Sausage), and a side of Chips and Salsa. It seemed a tad costly at the time but to be honest, in hindsight, I didorder A LOT. And DT was offering free delivery. The amount I ordered could have easily have fed two people. The driver got tome in a reasonable amount of time, was friendly, and didn't leave until I had checked to make sure the order was mine. Which,to be honest, was a first. Kind of impressed. The Burrito was large and very tasty. Some of it ended up being eaten later fora pre-midnight snack. The 3 Tacos look small but were very filling. And as for the chips they give you a bag full of them. And a lot of Salsa for a "side". I have to give them a five out of five. Read more

Great taco joint! Although this location is particularly busy, the staff is very good at getting you your food on time and... hot. If you haven't been before, start off trying their taco deal. You'll get three tacos for eight bucks and can selectdifferent meats and toppings for each one. The meats range from Carne Asada, to pulled pork, to chicken, to bacon.
