I am a disabled individual so means I need delivery, If I ordered a pizza at 7:43pm and I live 3 miles away WHY does it not... arrive until 9:12pm! RIDICULOUS not to mention the pizza was warm If I pay $30 for a MEDIUM pizza and soda why is it warm! Illnever do it again! Don't choose delivery clearly. Read more

I love Domino's but this particular store continues to get worse & worse. Last time it was an hour & forty-five for a delivery... 1.5 miles away. They offered me a free pizza to make up for the fact that only one guy is making pizzas, taking orders & thendelivering due to lack of delivery. Tonight I'm on my porch waiting on the "we're sorry for last time pizza" & it's fastapproaching another hour & 45, corporate call said he had a flat tire and couldn't compensate but that's a guy from homeanswering calls with kids screaming in the background. Unbelievably horrible. 3 hours and waiting. They won't answer the phone as I have yet to receive my order or a refund. I... notified corporate and now have a case number. I have never had such an awful Pizza delivery service. I ordered the pizza at 6:16, they did quality check at 6:23, did not have... a driver to pick up until 7:15. AN HOUR after. I live maybe 7 minutes away and can't pick it up because I have covid, and ittook them 30 minutes just to deliver to me. Pizza delivered cold. I called the store and nobody picked up. Absolutely awful andI'll never order from them again. Rather order from the branch just down the street from now on. Read more

Steer clear of this place. Made a order online to get delivered. It was messed up. Tried to call and get a new one sent out.... Nope. Nobody answered. Grabbed the pizzed and drove to the store to get it fixed. The website only gives you a 20% discount or afee medium pizza. No way to get it fixed with out going there in person. Waste of money.
