I've taken my children here multiple times early morning on Saturday and Sunday and they have no donuts... Try explaining to a... little kid that Dunkin Donuts does not have donuts. Kinda sad. This has probably happened about 5 times over the past couplemonths. Read more
This place is extremely slow. I love Dunkin? Donuts but this location is always slow even when you order 15-20mins ahead. Just... expect to wait through mobile order. They seem extremely unorganized and process 5 orders at a time vs prioritizing the ordersin order. Hopefully they get better. Read more
I don?t normally give bad reviews but I have to be honest. Even two other mobile customers were complaining about the... inconsistent service. I had to wait forever for my order, and eventually when I asked I was told they were out of pumpkindonuts. Also I asked for light ice in my cold brew and it seemed like extra ice instead. The manager on this place is very rude and racist. The place always duty. Put somebody friendly and nice to the customers. And... teach you manager that if order online they store can scan the coupon's!!! Bad service!!! Read more
This used to be my fav place to stop for my breakfast after this morning im not planning on coming back. Worst service.... Disgusting chocolate all over the bag; my donuts donuts literally thrown in the bag. Only one here 15 min + for a coffee, Notcoming back! Read more
I like Dunkin coffee and go regularly. Unfortunately, this location recently became my closest Dunkin. Anytime after 11, they?re... out of donuts and don?t make any until the next day. The service is also pretty bad. I will be driving out of my way to avoidthis location. Read more
?? Best feature of this Dunkin store is its architecture having corner strip center location. Open floor plan is well designed... for customer flow. Entrance/exit doors at dog leg ends is perfect for efficiency under social distancing conditions. Enter usingfront door, order at counter on back wall and exit through side door to left for minimum human contact. Management, in myopinion, should designate that as policy installing arrows on the floor, sign on front door designating ?Entrance? and sidedoor ?Exit.? Grocery stores have floor planned aisles ?One Way? designing customer flow for minimal human contact and bestefficiency possible. Coffee and donuts here are consistent with franchise uniformity of taste. Service in all of NorthernVirginia in my experience and opinion ranges from marginal to poor to excruciatingly miserable. This store in my estimationranks marginal which comparatively puts it at the top of the heap sadly. My experience had been inaccurate and untimely servicepre pandemic conditions. I think 6 ft. customer spacing lessens impatience often the case on the customer side of countersthat puts unnecessary pressure on store?s staff.
