I came here specifically for Salvadoran food. I ordered 2 different kinds of pupusas. They had a decent amount of cheese, and... were served with salsa and curtido. The yuca and chicharrón we're the best I ever had, I would definitely order that again. Thesurprise of the meal was the sopa de mariscos, which you can order with regular broth or cream broth. The cream broth was sofull of flavor! There were many similar restaurants near El Patrón and feel I lucked out here! Read more

Awesome food, very authentic, great value. The food is often prepared by Blanca herself, and you can always tell when it's by... her. It just has a special touch, and it's wonderful. I've never felt that the wait time is excessive, and I appreciate theserver's adaptability -- Their default is to ask in Spanish, but once I utter my first "um" and laugh nervously, they smile andspeak to me in English.
