I bought a $16.40 meal only to have to eat it in 90 degree or more heat in the restaurant. There is no air conditioning. If you... cannot provide a civilized environment for your customers on Memorial Day then close your doors. Also if you look at everyemployee you could never figure out if there is a manager on duty. there were way too many people inside! snapped these two photos over the 20 minutes i was standing outside, and noticed around... 30 people at any time inside the small restaurant, including staff. social distancing could not be maintained with so manypeople waiting for food. when i asked the girl at the register what the allowable capacity was, she didn't speak english wellenough to answer. i asked to speak with the manager, but she just laughed. i noticed no 6ft stickers in the waiting area andpeople were leaning on the counter, waiting for the orders, and blocking others. the staff did nothing to encourage people towait outside or to socially distance. their food is great, but their restaurant is unsafe. When this location first opened, they did a great job. Over time, their quality has really suffered. It appears they try to... rush everything now, not caring about how it makes the quality worse. For example, about 50 - 60% of the time for our visitsthis past year, they didn't cook the french fries long enough. So instead of a nice crisp, tan/brown french fry, we got asoggy, pasty looking fry with a raw potato taste. The "grilled onions" are barely grilled anymore also. It is like they throwthem on for 15 seconds and call it done. So basically they look and taste the same as raw onions. If you want a qualityburger and fries, I would not choose this location any more. Even though I like 5 guys, I just cannot go to this locationanymore until they get back to quality control. Read more
Arlington native here. This Five Guys completely meets my expectations. I order for pickup through the app, however, it is... nice that when I walk in they confirm who I am and give me the order status and let me know the wait. My burger was hot and thecheese melted, this is important. Toppings were correct and placed in the proper order. Roll just right. The fries were a freshbatch (of course) and I ordered a Little and it was more like a family size. Maybe a little over seasoned. A good ratio of nonskinned to with, almost none in fact. Lemonade was cold. This outlet is clean and the AC is a good temperature. The parking lotwas busy but not hazardous. Overall close to perfect. Thanks Five Guys! Read more

16.June.2018 around 8 pm The tall guy wearing the red cap started to laugh after I said my name for the pickup order. That was... absolutely disrespectful behavior for a paying customer like my self. They continued to laugh until another staff asks my nameagain. This was an unforgettable memory with the disrespectful servicing staff. Whatever kind of management runs the staff atthis location needs to train their employees to respect customers. The one rude man makes a bad impression for this customer. Everybody was saying that at Five Guys you Peter will taste delicious burgers. Well guys its not that way at all. First half of... the burger was insipid, without taste. Just meat and bread. No salt, no pepper. Just at the second half it got some taste andcould be finished by me. A lot of fries and we didnt even finished them. Also not so fast served as it should be at a fast food.But thats only my humble opinion about 1 try. Maybe next try will be much better. Read more
