Use to be one of my favorite spots because they accommodated to diet. For the last 3 years they substituted meat with... cauliflower. I called today and they did not want to substitute it, didn?t even offer other options to order my meal withoutmeat. The time before today that I called to order the same item I was given a hard time also, I ended up ordering two itemsseparately (basically paid two meals) so that it could be meatless and the utensils were missing. We were in town from Dallas for business and just happened to find this awesome restaurant. We literally went to two other... sports restaurants but left them both because we didn?t feel the vibe. On Friday night, we had great service and met a fewpeople on the patio, so we felt very at ease. After sightseeing all day on Saturday, we made it our mission to go back for foodand to rest our weary feet. The server, Cindy, was phenomenal and the people on the patio treated us like family. I have alreadytold all my friends and family that if they are ever in the area, they need to come hang out here. I?m going to figure out a wayto arrange my husband?s business trips so we can make a pit stop here for good food, great service and an awesome atmosphere. Read more
Edit/update: recived a generic response from the management to "send an email" to describe what happened? I think what I... mentioned here was self-explanatory. Email was sent with a follow-up email and still no response. Stay away and notrecommended. I'll take my business elsewhere ???? I had a very bad experience today at this branch over at Falls Church, VA. Iwas able to get a seat fairly quickly as they weren't busy (other than a group in the back) I sat at the bar and the bar tenderasked me what I would like to drink and that's all she did. I wasn't offered a menu or anything not by her or the older otherwaiter with glasses and a white shirt. Another customer arrived after me and he was served a drink and a menu later on. I satthere for 45 minutes waiting to be offered a menu. I understand they might have been busy but that doesn't mean I getneglected. Finally I had to ask to settle my bill for my drink so that I could leave. The same bartender who served my drinkearlier came up with an angry demeanor asking if I was the "one" who wanted to pay. I told the bartender that I came in here toeat and you (she) didn't offer me a menu. She just said in the least flattering manner "oh I'm sorry" turned her back and walkedaway after leaving me with the bill. Essentially it comes down to racial profiling and they didn't want to serve me. Why elsewas the other customer who arrived after me served first and I was treated this way. Absolutely amazing food! I had the pasta with grilled chicken, and that was the best pasta i?ve ever had. The smoky wings for... the entree were also delicious with the ranch sauce. Definitely coming back here again!!! Read more
