Absolutely disappointed with the Stromboli I just picked up. This was my first visit to this location. I have ordered this same... thing from at least four different locations and it's my absolute favorite thing to order from Paisano's and what they sold mewas about half the size of all the strombolis I have gotten before. Prices are high enough as it is. And to get less than whatyou pay for is sad. I definitely will not return to this location. Read more
I was there to pick up my order, and SUNY, One of the managers had me wait while he was on the phone taking a lengthy order. He... Never acknowledged me and when I said that I had to go he said that I had to wait. I told him no we don?t wait if it?s a pick upyou put the person on hold give me my order let me pay for it and I leave and then you go back to your phone call and that ishow customer service is done and he responded perhaps I am in the wrong store. How sarcastic. He said That everyone knows whenthey come in they have to wait. Well I told him that we are in the United States of America and the correct protocol forcustomer service is to put the person on hold, you attend to the person waiting, give them their order and get them on their wayand you go back to the person on the phone. I... informed them that I just received the notification it was ready while I was sitting in front of their establishment. So afterpretending to look for the order they said it'll be ready in a few.
