Absolutely disappointed with the Stromboli I just picked up. This was my first visit to this location. I have ordered this same... thing from at least four different locations and it's my absolute favorite thing to order from Paisano's and what they sold mewas about half the size of all the strombolis I have gotten before. Prices are high enough as it is. And to get less than whatyou pay for is sad. I definitely will not return to this location. Read more
I was there to pick up my order, and SUNY, One of the managers had me wait while he was on the phone taking a lengthy order. He... Never acknowledged me and when I said that I had to go he said that I had to wait. I told him no we don?t wait if it?s a pick upyou put the person on hold give me my order let me pay for it and I leave and then you go back to your phone call and that ishow customer service is done and he responded perhaps I am in the wrong store. How sarcastic. He said That everyone knows whenthey come in they have to wait. Well I told him that we are in the United States of America and the correct protocol forcustomer service is to put the person on hold, you attend to the person waiting, give them their order and get them on their wayand you go back to the person on the phone. He then proceeded to do do. I?m extremely disappointed of the rudeness and . thedisrespect I got from a manager & he owes me an apology. I?ve been coming to Paisano?s?s for 4 years now. It?s just a pre-frozen pizza with raw tomato sauce, raw green peppers, overly salty and dry. The Lady?s back in the kitchen... talked loud and continuously making it a very uncomfortable environment to eat. Ghrummm Read more
I order from here often. Usually the Stromboli once a week and it?s always delicious. Tried the taco pizza tonight and it was a... big swing and a miss. The delivery driver was great he called me when he dropped off my order. But it seems like the entirepizza shifted in his car or it was just made this way in the photo below. I got the chicken parmesan with pasta and fries and they were so good????. I pretty much love everything from Paisano's,... including their mozarella sticks, calzone, steak and cheese, etc. The atmosphere feels calm when you eat inside and you can haveconversations with anyone. I've eaten from here twice and I enjoyed my food both times. They have good lunch specials pizza and sub combos. The pizza... taste fresh and hot. The sub was tasty but the meat portion size was small compared to the size of the sub. Overall I wouldstill order from again the place is clean very comfortable atmosphere if you want to dine in. They do deliver they have areasonable delivery fee and they are faster than those app's. Read more
A place I've visited on so many occasions. I arrived to pick up my order and they claim that the order was already picked up. I... informed them that I just received the notification it was ready while I was sitting in front of their establishment. So afterpretending to look for the order they said it'll be ready in a few. No apologies or explanation after the false accusation. Iplaced my order as well done for the wings and pizza but neither was cooked to my request.
