October, 2022, unfortunately this location still has dated pandemic era closing hours of 9:30PM on a Friday night. The do have... the infrastructure (a drive through window) to stay open later. To the cashier or manager or whomever was working the cash register tonight. I hope the management is focusing more on food... prep instead of finishing personal conversations while a customer waits infront of them. The chow mein and the orange chickentasted very burnt tonight. So burnt that after a couple bites, it went in trash. Please focus more on the reasons why you allare paid to be there. Every time i came I order the bigger plate, last time I promised to not come to this location, however, it's the closest... location to me. I just order and this time they did the same thing I was afraid of which putting the vegetables more than themeat and not being generous with the rice and noodles like they used to be. I ordered black pepper onions, not a black paperchicken. The lady was trying trying to explain to me that this is the way how they make it!! Wrong I have been coming to thislocation for 3 years every 3 months they add more vegetables to the meat and that's a bad strategy. I want to eat a chicken, notan onion. I don?t have any problems with other locations but this location should fix that or they will lose a customer by thetime everyone realizes how bad is that thing. Read more
I have been to this Panda twice. The first time the food and customer Serivce was very poor. Tried to give it another chance... today.. but even worse.. there is barely any food on the plate that I paid $10 for. The person who i order name Vivi, she is the worse person as a customer service that i ever seen in my life. We came in order... food and request less rice due to diet and she said oh well even less rice doesn?t mean you have more shrimps. Excuses you, inever ask for more shrimps? She talked rude, looked at us rude, please be awear of that place?never come back? Vivi you need tolearn how to respect people before working in customer service environment.
