The order was quickly processed and out for delivery, but I received the "on its way" text at 8:25 and it didn't arrive until... 9:12, despite the shop being 5 minutes away from my home. I understand they deliver multiple orders on one trip, but over 40minutes is ridiculous. The delivery man was then surprised when we did not tip him. On top of this, I ordered cheese sticks withgarlic sauce and was instead given marinara. And, as you can guess, the cheese sticks were dry and getting cold. Update - I finally had a day where I ordered and received a single pizza hot and fresh within an hour. I gave them another star... to reward them and try to be optimistic at the same time they are addressing the issues. The pepperoni slices were skimpy asusual. Still a far cry from the commercials. I will update again if they continue doing better or revert, and adjust therating accordingly. ____________________ If you live within a mile, they will deliver to you last, and everything is cold.Every. Single. Time. It has gotten so bad I no longer add a tip, and order 2 hours before I want to eat. Read more
Really great customer service! A drink was forgotten (stuff happens) and they sent the driver back with it and a extra drink.... The driver was super nice and apologetic about it. The food came hot and tasted great. Definitely my go to for pizza now! Thankyou ?? Read more
This is second time it was less than quarter mile from delivery locations. They never pick customers call and the manager was... rude. Papa John please close this location. My pizza and wings was very cold and they will not pick my calls to accommodateanything. Read more
They serve excellent food for reasonable prices, there is no waiting time even when the place is loaded. Manager of the store... is proactive, very friendly and instantly work on ur online order They make the best pizza in falls church area. Whenever iplace order, it takes less than 15 minutes for pizza to get ready. All employees are very nice. Manager himself is extremelygentle and provide the best customer service. I would highly recommend this papa johns chain. They always do their best toprovide great service and quality and they do deliver that. The staff is kind and the pizza is always delicious.
