Ordered a big dinner and it never came did not call or anything just left us sitting around hungry for hours
Placed Android order @935, picked the pizza up @1004. Opened the box and asked the salesperson if she would want to eat this.... She placed the plates that I asked for on the box and walked in the back. I left the store because I left my phone on my desk@work. Had to take pictures of this mess no one ever believe it unless they saw it. Burnt, dry and looked like they made itthis morning. Got to work, Which took 3min including parking. took pictures. Found that I was unable to do the survey becausethey don't give survey codes (Wonder Why?). Called the customer service number and ended up outsourced of course. My familyloves pizza and I won't say that I won't order from Pizza Hut again - Just not this one! Do I have to place a Star? Read more
The last three orders were horrible. I kept thinking that the pizza would get better but it only got worse. The crust was not... as I ordered it and the pepperoni tasted nothing like what pepperoni should taste like. Nasty is the word that comes to mind. On top of that, the price for this inedible pizza was significantly more than I have ever paid for delivered pizza. Neveragain. Read more
Delivery person got mad that I didn't pick up the phone when they called. I just didn't have it on me at the moment, it wasn't... on purpose. They showed up literally a minute or two after the missed call anyway. My pizza box was crushed when he handed itover to me. Read more
Got the detroit style pizza. Firstly, the curbside pickup is a fake option. No one is coming out at this location, so why even... have it as an option? Thats not too big of a deal, the real problem is that the meatballs they used were rotten. We bothindependently noticed that something smelled funky and then poking around and trying the different components we realized themeatballs were legitimately rotten. Would only go back if I want food poisoning for some reason. UPDATE: I was contacted aboutthe review and that contact person was very nice. He put me in contact with the manager but when I called the manager told me hehad just quit his job... comical. I was then put in contact with the regional manager who asked to send me a gift card, had metext my address, then never sent anything and ghosted me when I asked about it. It's people working here they try to steal from you or It's fake advertising from Pizza Hut but I ordered a combo of $23.99 and... they tried to charge $28.99. Manager is lack of knowledge and in the breakdown they're charging you $3.99 for something includedin the combo. Such a way to do business???? Read more
Drove around for ten minutes in circles trying to find this place. Finally gave up and ate at the Dogfish Head Alehouse.... Afterwards, I spied the Pizza Hut between the Post Office and the Mattress store of the Seven Corners shopping center parkinglot. This place doesn't have the correct address listed, so it's impossible to find. Please fix your address on Google. Also, Itried calling and no one picked up. Please try picking up when people call. It's Pizza Hut, no different than any other. Short staffed but that's not the employees fault. So it's faster to pick up... yourself. Read more
