We ordered a grande chai with pumpkin cream foam on top. We got our food option and waited for the drink. It was busy and... thought nothing to crazy about it until we realized 25 minutes later that we were not called. When we approached the cashier shetold us they were out of chai. No apology or nothing other than do you want anything else. Not only did we waste our time andtried to give the benefit of the doubt but no empathy for your customer to have waited and never told that they were out of theprinciple ingredient. This place lacks customer service, slow, and too busy. Maybe corporate should look into this andunderstand what this place is going through and understand how it can affect the overall experience of the customer. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks in my area. I have one right across the street from me but I opt to drive to this location because... it makes me feel at home. I am not orginally from the area and it has definitely been a challenge to adjust to the culturearound here but this Starbucks is one place that makes my daughter's and I feel comfortable. Dalaney is our favoriteBarista,she is super nice always keeps a cool head and goes above and beyond for customers. The baristas works really hard andare always busy but are always courteous. I have been coming very regularly to this location for 3 years. I am only posting thus review because I hope that it is taken... in a constructive manner and the powers that be take note and making the improvements necessary if that's even possible. ThisStarbucks needs serious help and attention from corporate. There are often now times when they are simply overwhelmed with toomany customers. There are many employees who are efficient kind and hard working but there There are many issues includinglanguage barriers that make the store incredibly slow, inefficient and cleanliness has suffered. At various times it was shutdue due to staffing shortages and the wait and quality/overall professionalism has deteriorated. Corporate Starbucks if you aretruly listening. Take note because I'm sure this is a common problem and although you will say there are forces outside of yourcontrol at play. There is very obvious dire need for improvement. The only reason I go to Starbucks is to get a frothy cappuccino. I can?t make thick froth at home. The last 2 times I?ve been to... this Starbucks they were unable to froth the milk so basically I paid cappuccino prices for a cup of coffee with hot milk. NOT acappuccino. I won?t make that mistake a 3rd time. Avoid this Starbucks if you like foam!! The only reason I gave 3 stars isbecause the server tried really hard to get the milk to foam. She tries remaking the cappuccino twice. Still ended up with asimple cup of coffee with hot milk. It?s disgraceful that management hasn?t fixed this problem. I was buying my coffee by the window on 6/5 and Kate made our coffee. I have never seen a hard working batista in any Starbucks... like Kate. Very polite, customer oriented and fast. My favorite Starbucks in the Annandale area. All drinks are spot on??????????????!!! I come here almost 3 times a week and they... hardly ever miss. Only negative thing is they sometimes run out of oatmeal milk and they?ve been out of cinnamon dolce for awhile now. ???? Read more
First time at this location and I had the worst experience. Today is red cup day. According to STARBUCKS WEBSITE, you get a... free red cup when you order these drinks: Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, Caramel Brulee Latte. Chestnut Praline latte, HotChocolate, Irish Cream Cold Brew, Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Peppermint Mocha, Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, Pumpkin Cream ColdBrew, Pumpkin Spice latte, Sugar Cookie Almondmilk latte, Toasted White Hot Chocolate, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, White HotChocolate Me happily went in to order, asking the person who took my order if HOT CHOCOLATE will get me the red cup (I justwant to make sure because I love collecting Starbucks cups), she said yeah, of course! *because it?s on the list* When I got mydrink, the barista REFUSED to give me the cup and said HOLIDAY DRINK ONLY. I was still very polite and said but it?s on the listtho. She said ?No, sorry? I got in line, went back to the order station, showed her Starbucks website with the full list, andHOT CHOCOLATE is in there. She was nice enough to say ?here, you can have this?.
