Drive thru was crazy but overall great service and consistent coffee.
I did not get the woman's name but from the very first interaction with her I got nothing but very negative attitude. I had a... refillable Starbucks cup and told her I would like to have the light roast in it. She then asked what size I wanted. I againshowed her the Starbucks mug and told her I wanted it in here at which time she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me whichwas also the first time she made eye contact with me. After that I told her I wanted the egg bites she never responded to me shewent and put something in the oven I wanted to confirm that what she put in there was what I ordered and it was not again whileI was clarifying I got nothing but negative attitude and when I found out that it was indeed the wrong thing she put in sheblamed me saying I have to be more specific. I was so frustrated at this point that I left with our getting anything that I hadordered after going out of my way to come here on my way to work. Great way to start the morning! Most the options on the menu are missing, basically not a good place to go if you wanna enjoy your brunch.
I love the baristas here! I've always had such pleasant experiences with the one this morning. She seems like a genuine human... being and she gives great service. Look at my photo to see the perfect-looking iced latte she made me. The other barista ladyI've seen on the weekend is super pleasant too and we've had pleasant, brief conversations. She even memorized my friend's namealready (who is a Starbucks customer too). I hope the best for both of these baristas who add some joy to my day. Read more
The staff are okay but they got my order completely wrong. I asked if they had green tea matcha iced latte and they said "Yes".... I decided to order that in large size and came out differently. Instantly I realize that the color isn't green at all butinstead brown. The taste is completely off and it tasted more like a iced latte than a iced GREEN TEA latte. I didn't have timeto make exchange or any refunds because I immediately had to go to places afterwards but I was fairly disappointed. I hope itwas just a misunderstanding on their part. Read more
lyly is the best Starbucks barista...i ordered mango dragon fruit and it tasted good 10/10 would recommend!!
This is actually just a kiosk inside Giant grocery store. They use the slower grocery store WiFi and have one power outlet,... seating for approximately six people. Read more
This is the Starbucks most conveniently located nearest to me. Every time I go they make the flat white completely wrong. I know... this because I frequent Starbucks and I?ve never had it taste the way it tastes whenever I order it from this location. Iordered the same way every time with a Venti cup and light ice. I was craving Starbucks and I knew I was taking a gamble goingto this location and to my dismay, it did not turn out as I had expected. I already knew it was going to taste horrible as soonas the barista poured the whole milk all the way to almost the top of my Venti cup. My drink taste like pure milk. This is thethird time it?s happened where milk was used way too much for the flat white, I had ordered a smaller cup size before and myflat white was a pale yellow color indicating that there was more milk than it should have been. I will never go against mybetter judgment and order at this location again. I don?t know how they?re training their employees but the drinks are never thesame like the actual ones outside of the store. Also the employee turnover at the Starbucks location is pretty high, Which iswhy I?m guessing they don?t take pride in their work.
