We come to this place since 2014 and always the pizza and other were so good. I came back today again from Maryland and I do... every 2-3 weeks. Today was the worst visit ever. The steak and cheese was so poor! The meat was tiny compare to the size ofbread, and tasteless. The Cheese pizza Poor on cheese to the fact that I asked to put more cheese. The one that was made againhad extremely so much cheese. I ate and the pizza had no taste. On top of that the boy that makes the pizza, was using hiscellphone and switching between his phone and making pizza. Other boy was cleaning his nose and neither one washed their hands.Sometimes even food is burned. Today September 10, 2022. 6:25pm The only thing is that the lady asked the boy to re make mypizza, that was the only great thing. Falls church location. I doubt I will return or if I do I will go to the Arlingtonlocation. Falls church location needs some cleaning and more management attention to the their employees and food! Excellent ambiance, attentive and pleasant staff. I have nothing but praise for this location. The pizza is first-rate, thin and... delicious right out of the oven, and they bring it right away. This may seem obvious, but sadly it's not the case in manyplaces. I've also had the buffalo wings before, and omg, they're not fried; they're baked, making them deliciously crunchy andspiced to the perfect level. The blue cheese sauce completes the dish. We dined in after hearing about the great taste and convenient place . The food was amazingly tasty and ingredients were... specially fresh. Though the prices are on a little higher side and even the shares weren?t big. (Their largest is large and just14inches). Otherwise the food is good and the customer care was much better than the other spots in the are. The white hijabilady is really very hospitable and caring. Horrible customer service, disrespected and served trash not food(see pictures). I would never put my foot in this location... again after been a loyal customer for over 6 years. So here's what happened. I made an order over the phone arrived there 5minutes later payed for it $49 the order contained 3 items. food was not ready yet so I sat down waiting for it and as I waswaiting one of the customers complained that his food (Chicken Wings) not exactly what he had ordered. I watched Einstein behindthe register give him someone else's order and told him that he doesnt have to wait he can just give him someone else's foodsince they ordered the same thing. 30 seconds later he called my name and told me that they made a mistake with my order ofwings and that im gonna have to wait for them to remake it. Yeeep Einstein gave him my order not knowing I was there watchingthe whole thing! I told him that I saw what happened he apologized and turned his back and started laughing with one of hisstaff. Waited 12 minutes for the wings, by the time it was ready my pizza and other order got cold and wet half of it ended upin trash! Ordered a large pizza, garlic cheese sticks, a 2 liter soda, and a steak and cheese sub. Everything was excellent quality. The... staff was excellent and polite. And the best thing, every one of their ingredients has No pork. Beef Italian sausage tastes MUCHbetter than the pork version! Read more
Honestly, that evening we arrived late to the DMV we didn't want pizza. We arrived later than expected and had an issue at the... hotel, so pizza it was. MAN THIS PIZZA WAS SO GOOD... Got the funghi pizza, also safeeha. Very poorly made. Mushroom taste like they sit out and are soggy nor properly washed. Not... enough toppings on pizza just loaded with cheese and specs of spinach and tomatoe that I asked to be removed, that's besides thepoint. The Safeeha (meat pie) looked so sad and disturbing. It's reminded me of meatloaf with no sauce or tomatoes. Just hotmeat with onions flavor and some weird sourness to it which wasnt at all balanced well. And don't forget the flys in thekitchen.
