Used the app and was charged twice, I told them that?s fine just make me another sub if you won?t credit the difference. After... several calls to the manager, who was worthless and subway HQ to no avail. They finally made me a 2nd sub. Live and learn, nomore subway. PS to the franchise owner, I?m sure this ineptitude trickles down from you, get on the job. Read more

My coworker and I received Subway gift cards from our principal and wanted to use them after getting pedicures at a nearby shop.... We entered the shop at 7:55 and waited for the store associate to finish helping other people. Before she took my order, shesaid they were closed and complained about us coming in the store. She continued to have an attitude the entire time. She wasvery respectful to the teenagers ordering in front of us and took extra time to provide great customer service. She did not askmy friend for her order and started putting up the food while my sandwich was in the oven. My friend asked her several times ifshe could place an order and she ignored it. I finally had to tell the associate that my friend wanted to order. My frienddidn?t even want a sandwich just cookies. The store associate continued to ignore her completely. My order total was 8.86 and mygift card was for 5.00. She did not want us to use the gift cards and we tried to scan them several times. I indicated that youcould type in the code and she refused. Instead of asking if I wanted to use another payment method, she placed the food behindthe glass with her hand guarding it and started rambling about the store being closed. I had three other cards I could have usedbut we just left the food because of her attitude. Another woman came in the store while we were leaving. She told that womenthat they were closed but offered to help her anyway and started making small talk. From the time we entered to store to thetime we left, the experience was one of the worst I?ve had at a subway or similar restaurant. We had gift cards from ourprincipal who urged us to use them soon and this store was the closest. I don?t even want to use the gift cards anymore or visitanother subway. Before teaching, I worked in various customer service jobs. Nasrin?s service and attitude was completelyunacceptable. Read more

went in with a coupon, the price rang up cheaper than the coupon, so they tried to add fake charges? they couldn't figure it... out, so they cancelled the transaction & took the next two people. they tried to ring us up again, and still couldn't figure itout. when they finally figured it out, they couldn't give us our rewards because they put it as a gift card payment, so mycredit card was an "invalid subway card". asked for the manager's number twice, they refused, and finally just gave us our foodfor free. we will not be back given their horrible customer service Read more

Restaurant does not need to be calling me complaining that Grubhub hasn't picked up my order yet. I'm not Grubhub or a Grubhub... driver. Subway sets their delivery hours. They should honor those and take it up with Grubhub if it's not working for them.Either way it should have nothing to do with me. Read more

Shockingly horrific experience. They gave us completely rotten lettuce. When we called to complain, the manager on the phone... first said that it was toasted. This was obviously a lie, since we did not toast the sandwich and it had no signs of toastedbread. When we said that wasn't correct, they said it was our fault. We said that it shouldn't be our fault, and then he hungup. Read more
