My complain about this place is not the food or drink, as they have some good stuff on their menu. My complain is about service.... This place is a restaurant and they serve food and drink, however, they don't allow their dinning in customers to use theirrestrooms even for little kids. To be honest, I think the bubble tea and snacks are overall excellent, better than many other stores. However, the service is... impressively bad and drops so quickly. This store is known to be slow, so my friend and I scheduled my take-out order for 12:15and arrived at 12:55. It turned out that only one order is ready. So we waited for about 10 to 15 more minutes. I ordered threebottles of drink, but two of them were totally wrong. Bubbles were not added to these two drinks as I ordered. In one of thesetwo, I ordered bubble, red bean and smashed taro, but there was only red bean. In the other, I ordered only bubble, but therewas no bubble but only taro! I ordered from Grubhub and I called to make sure they have received the order. (Yes, it happens they missed the order). Then I... went to store after 1hour, the meal is still not ready.. and I got $50 parking ticket while waiting, my car stops in the frontof the store. And more importantly, the bento box gets smaller and smaller.. the bbq chicken gets worse and worse. Read more
Cute little bubble tea spot at the Eden Center. The Thai milk tea with boba was delicious. The place itself was super cute with... nice little seating areas indoor and outdoor. Would definitely go back here to hangout and get some bubble tea! Read more

They use DARK meat for the popcorn chicken which is a GOOD thing since its more juicy. Boba drinks are the staple and I love the... coffee jelly. Just a consideration : I normally don't get the "standard" sugar offering for the drinks I go 50 or 70 percent butyou do you. Read more
