i have the worst experience every time. the management is terrible. i wait 10 minutes every time for the headset to be answered,... and at least 30 for the food. my oder is either wrong or i?m being brought someone else?s food almost every time too. they don?teven apologize for how long they have you waiting! Twice this week waited 10-15 minutes for someone to take my order. I just left had to get to work. Very disappointing!!

What a disappointment. After arriving at Sonic Fall City Nebraska @ 6:05pm they finally answered the buzzer 17 minutes later. We... placed our order one meal was missing no straw for my drink, one part of another order missing. I was told " well she ran out togive you the missing item but you had already left" we hadn't moved.we finally got our food at 6:58 pm. Really doubt we willever eat from there again. Read more
Very slow burnt burger. When a $3 burger is that thin, you can't burn it. When someone is passing through town, they don't... want to turn around 5 miles down the highway to get what they paid for -- and waited so long for. I had to throw away over halfthe meat. After that automated response I received from this, I am compelled to add that it took ~17 minutes in a drive thru toget a burnt burger, cheddar poppers, small tots and a corn dog. This would take 3-4 minutes at a well-run Sonic. Read more
