7/27/22- made the mistake of ordering here again. Picked up my order, got home and it wasn?t what I ordered....again. I?m done... ordering food from this location. 7/26/22- two customers were in the restaurant and the employees were getting confused aboutitems in each order. Left with my carry out dinner and my order was wrong. 4/1/22- Restaurant is closed often, but they don?tturn off online ordering, so you order online and find out the restaurant is closed when you arrive to pick up your order. Whenyou call the number posted on the window for a refund, it doesn?t connect you to the company. Even when the restaurant is openmy order has been wrong 90% of the time. Read more

My first time visit to this newly built location. I was a frequent visitor to the location down at the inner harbor before... becoming a full-time work from home employee thanks to covid so it's been about 2.5 years. I'm a little disappointed that theserving size of the burrito bowl is about 75% of what it was 2.5 years ago coupled with a significant price increase. I don'tthink the value today is worth the convenience. The quality was good however. Read more

Crunchy beans might be healthy in some circumstances. But in this case. I think it was the cook. A bit nasty. Too crunchy. Aka... not cooked. Try Forrest Hill. Always soft and well cooked. Rice both brown and white always cooked well. Not crunchy. Read more

Good place to eat but lately Chipotle has been slipping due to inability to dine in or order in store Currently only taking... mobile orders. Sometimes can't order at all because system is down. If system is down please train staff to process ordersanalog because it's an inconvenience to just up and leave. People were able to function and run business Before computers andcan still do so with a little encouragement. Read more

Worst Chipotle ever. Tonight was the last straw, we ordered on the app and pulled up to a sign on the drievthru telling us to... request a refund online. This place never opens for dine in or pick up inside. Last several times they forgot part of ourorder. It's a total mess and the most disappointing part is that it is newer. I don't understand why the owner built it and isletting it be a total disaster from the start. I wish they put any other food place in this location. Save your time, goelsewhere. Read more

The food is good.. when they get the order right.. Seems like Chipotle chains' main dining area everywhere now are randomly... closed, despite calling ahead and verifying.. annoying.. The whole mobile order and Chipotlane thing has got to go.. orderalways comes out wrong or shorted portions.. don't even get me started on Door Dash.. Chipotle has been a long time favorite ofmine but is quickly losing face. Read more

I made an online order to be picked up at the drive through. The order was ready when I got to the restaurant and when the... employee handed me the bag I noticed the sticker that seals the bag had been torn open. But I went on my way to home, when Iopen one of the bowls I ordered it looked as though someone had eaten out of it. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THE RESTAURANT -NOPHONE NUMBER!!!! I got in the car and went back, the sign on the door said ?online orders only because of staffing shortage? Ientered to find 2 other customers complaining about their orders as well. No food was in the wells it was all in the ?back? ofthe kitchen. They did remake the order but WHAT A RIDICULOUS process! We won?t be going back. Read more
