This is the best McDonald's around. I live in Bel Air and will drive to Fallston to this one. There is 4 others closer to me but... the food is always nasty. We have always got hot fresh food from them. And everyone is always working and cleaning and NOT ontheir phones. Read more
Dinning room closed before posted hours. Did a mobile order for pickup and door was locked. Posted closed at 10pm. Locked at... 8:48pm Monday 10/17 also, they are now marking mobile orders as now servicing well before being done with the order. Read more
One of very few McDonald's with the new kiosks that still aknowledge you at the counter. Many of the others, the staff doesn't... even look at you until they have to give you your bag. It was also clean. Thank you for a pleasant experience Read more
Drive thru, Tuesday, 9:30, Fish sandwich, small Sprite, 10 pc nugget, BBQ, medium fries, large Coke. 15 minutes drive home,... Large Sprite, Medium Coke, and No nuggets. Got the first drink, had to remind him to hand me the second... Spoke with Chelseaon the phone, get a 10 pc next time through... Nice but now, after 9:30, at home, 15 minutes away, next time is not cutting itnow. Read more
First of all I would like to say everytime I come here I get ignored in the drive through. I came here at 10:01 pm I was ignored... . Pulled up to the window and the girl with red /black hair who was manager saw me walked away and then came up to the windowand loudly huffed and puffed as if it was a huge problem. Opened the window told me she had to close early because she had nohelp. There was 3 people working. She slammed the window in my face. All I wanted to know was if they were open because theposted hours are open till 11. Literally have never been treated so rudely. Absolutely shocked that she is the manager . Willnever return here again. Went across the street to Burger King with only one girl working and service and food was excellent andcheaper! Read more
Clean. Quick service. Not much to say, but it seems like the Carmel pretzel mcflurry was a seasonal thing, so I didn't get one.... They had bbq sauce sitting next to the pickup area, so I was happy to see that when I realized I'd forgotten to order some. Read more
EDIT: Now they're serving undercooked food. See photo. The past 3 insances have been this way. Waited in the drive through line... for over 10 mins just to get up to the speaker to try and decipher the employee mumbling things to me that are barely audable.Who hired these people? This location has gone way downhill in the past year. Read more
No employees answering the drive-thru. Other customers sat here too for over five minutes, and no one went through the intercom.... We eventually just drove up to the first window, and waited almost another 5 minutes before the employees stopped talking toeach other and we placed our order. Read more
