This store is a joke! They are always changing their hours day to day. They will close the inside of their store but allow you... to put an advanced order in for in store pick up. They will post single spaced small print signs on their door about thesechanges. Advanced mobile ordering for a quick pick up is non existent at this location. Read more
They?re under staffed and always out of items. They will close the inside or change their hours without updating the app. So... there have been times where I pre-ordered coffee to then not even be able to get it. Someone who manages chic fil a needs tocome here. On the plus side the baristas are at least friendly, so I?m sure it?s not their fault. Just poor management. Read more

Over all the drinks here are fine- it?s a Starbucks. But you can not count on it being open during posted business hours. And... more frequently you can?t count on the inside area being open- it?s been drive through/online ordering only. You only know whenyour get there. This really breaks the ?Starbucks Experience? if I?m paying $8 for a drink and you are cutting things down, youshould be cutting that price down to. This is my local starbucks I go to nearly every time I am out in Fallston. I am sad to have to change my review to reflect my... recent experiences. The staff here is friendly and kind most of the time, but lately they really have dropped off. It seems likethey are always closed due to staffing issues. I am more surprised to see their drive thru open than not when I come through.Mobile orders are down frequently. Also, the last few times I have managed to get a drink from them my order has not been asgood. Read more
