Got some subway under new ownership has icees, pretzels and is looking good
Went to subway for lunch with my sister. The gentleman and girl working, I believe their names were Jake & Destiny were very... friendly. I wanted to try something new so I ordered the steak one with bacon. I asked for the bacon to be well done. Jake madesure my bacon was crispy enough. They made sure to clean up as they worked and that was nice to see. I highly recommend goingthere since it?s definitely a different vibe in the store. I will definitely go back. Read more
The new owners of this Subway in the Walmart are SO kind! My daughter has food allergies so I don't order for her from anywhere.... They asked if they got a fresh tomato to cut whether she would like that- he changed his gloves, got a fresh washed tomato andfresh knife and brought us a plate with a subway paper so she could eat her turkey sandwich from home with us with her tomato!!It was such a kind gesture. It's really tough for her not feeling included in meals, but she was happy (and also devoured theentire fresh tomato!) Such a good experience, we will definitely be back knowing they were so kind to my little girl. Read more
Since the new management has taken over the food is fresh and the store is clean. The service is great and the crew is friendly.... What more can one ask for? I personally went from I rather not eat if Subway was my only option to dining there a couple timesa week . Great job you all Read more
Stopped in today for lunch and had a great experience under the new management. They gave warm chocolate chip cookies to... everyone on dining room while we were there. The dining room and kitchen were clean and employees were friendly! Read more

Terrible management. I frequent this location at least twice a month and over the past 3 years Every time I?ve ever been in... there I?ve had to yell multiple times over the counter to get an employee?s attention to come out from the back just to servemyself and other customers. It?s been as long as 5-10 min of waiting for an employee to eventually show up. Every once in awhile there will be a bell on the counter to ring and it?s good for a few weeks then it?s gone again. So, we ordered and paid for 12 inch double meat cheese steak and a 12 inch blackforest ham with bacon. We did not get double... meat and bacon that was uncooked. We are normally very satisfied with Fallston Subway, but not this time. Both were toasted. Read more
