Our food was delicious as usual. I had the MD crab soup which was delicious it was a little spicy which I like. I had visited here with friends and enjoyed delicious crabs and other food and wonderful service. Two weeks later I eagerly... ordered ahead and went back for carryout crabs. I stood in the bar almost a half hour while several others got orders. Neveronce did the girl who took my payment acknowledge the wait or apologize for the delay. We got 4 dozen crabs... but they gave us an extra dozen due to a special buy a dozen medium and get half a dozen (good... surprise). Every crab was heavy, hot, and delicious, I saw several bad reviews and it's just proof that every perspective isdifferent as we had a great time 5 people, 5 dozen crabs, and the only real complaint was the parking lot does not accommodatethe number of people in the restaurant. Yes, the Vince?s in Fallston did this. Vince?s is my #1 place for wings. This was a very special anniversary/ birthday event... today and these wings were definitely a hit today. My first experience with the crab house would have given it a five-star rating! Food was delicious and service was good. My... second visit was horrible the food and was the exact thing that I had ordered the first time. I also noticed that portions weresmaller. When 3 of us ordered cocktails and water...our salads were served before drinks or water came. We were verydisappointed and will probably not return. Read more

The food was great! My husband had a steak and I had the stuffed salmon. OMG it was all so good! And I had two different crushes... (orange and watermelon) and they were both delicious! We had the best waitress too, she made us honey butter for the hushpuppiesand it totally made the meal. We will definitely be back! Read more

Spoke with Brenda who is supposedly the office manager and told her about my crabs, they were very light and normally crab... places put a crab or two extra just if you have a bad crab and there was not one in there. There was absolutely literally no mein these crabs I felt like they were pickings. Called to ask maybe if there could even be a $5 credit towards the next orderbecause they were local and I have bought other seafood from them before. She said no and there was nothing that she can do.Totally bad customer service I recommend that you do not go to this location at all, it seems like they're only going downhilland everybody has a little bit of something on their shoulder there if you do have a problem. Which let me remind you I havebought other things from there before and have been a frequent customer. I know they have other locations I hope that they treattheir customers a little bit better especially if I'm only asking for like a $5 off coupon for my next order. She is notcustomer savvy and should not be in charge of this establishment, needs to have better communication skills and represent thecompany a little bit better. I had fettuccine with vodka sauce & added crabmeat My daughter had angel hair pasta with... marinara & added shrimp We bought a chicken cheese steak & onion rings home for my hubby Everything was delicious!
