Subway changed there Bread & I don't like it at all,I got a sub not long after they changed there Bread & it wasn't good then &... someone went today and got one for Me today & I really didn't want another but was given it,ate 1/2 and it was hard for me toeat even that. This place is awful. I got charged for avocado ???? and NEVER got it the staff were more worried about being in the back goofing... off not providing quality customer service. They also hate online orders bc I did an online order while in the store and all 3staff said they wish that had never started very loudly. Worst subway location I?ve ever been to would give zero stars if I could the place is always messy/dirty, subs are put together... sloppy, and they hardly ever cut your sandwich all the way in half. Very little meat is placed on the sub even when you requestand pay for extra. They need to just tear this place down, grade it off, and put something else there. Read more
Each time I come to this location, they tend to not make my order properly with online or walk-in. I ordered a simple sandwich... only for the bread to be under cooked, very doughy, and not edible. I am not pleased and definitely not satisfied. I tried toget a refund on this order was told that I had to wait the next morning for a manager to do so. How ridiculous does this sound.Not to mention that they giving the customers older bread instead of the fresh one as I requested, I was told they can't do thateven though that bread looked more cooked than what everyone else and myself I was giving.
