At first i tried ordering a chicken sandwich and garlic cheese fries. With a bit of attitude, i was told they're out of chicken... sandwiches. Okay so i ordered spaghetti. I get there to pick it up and what was placed in front of me was spaghetti andmeatballs. No fries. I didnt ask for meatballs. Its an optional side. I told them i ordered garlic cheese fries with my orderbut they looked at me confused and said they're out of fries. I was still charged for the spaghetti and meatballs and fries. Where do I even begin. Im from out of town had some people recommend this place due to new management. I call my order in for... carry-out. My friend goes in and picks the order up. Apon inspecting to make sure we received what we ordered it was noticedthere were missing parts of our order(jalapeño poppers, hot ham and cheese). When she asked where the order was the kidproceeded to tell her he didn't know we wanted them and explained that he could drop them real quick even though we ordered themapon doing the call in. Also ordered a hot ham and cheese but once ordering it was failed to mention they didn't have theregular ham so they just didn't make it at all until getting there. We ordered two orders of fries which were soaked in greaseand not even a handful of fries were in either bags. My small cheese pizza was terrible the dough was soaked in grease alongwith the box it sat in. The nephew of the woman who runs the place has the tendency to not pay attention and it shows. I getbeing short handed but this needs to be tended to in a diligent manor. I've heard nothing but good things about this location inparticular. I?ve placed two orders since they opened in Falmouth. The first order, they didn?t get the order right and it was an extremely... long wait. However, I let it slide because they hadn?t been open long, and they were slammed with a large number of dinnerorders and seemed short staffed. Despite the wrong order, the pizza was still good. Today I ordered four large pizzas and wastold it would be 30 mins. I got to the restaurant 30 mins after I placed the order and only two pizzas were ready. 52 minutesafter my initial order, and several ?F-bombs? later, I finally got all four pizzas and left. One of the pizzas was missing aspecial topping request. I?m done. If the ownership can?t hire professional managers that are competent in hiring and trainingemployees then do everyone a favor and yourself and just close the store. This is the best pizza i've had. I know our wait the first time we got pizza here was long but that is to be expected when a new... business opens in a small town. I'm 100 percent satisfied with service and pizza. I have three kids who beg to go here often. Read more
