4 times in one month I have had to go back to get orders fixed right. Someone needs to have people in there that can get orders... right. Today I ask for 2 Mcdoubles with extra onions and pickles, I got one with that and one with nothing. I ask for 3mcchickens and it had nothing on them. I got 20 chicken mcnuggets and ask for BBQ sauce and i didnt get any BBQ sauce. Somethinghas to be done. Read more
Some days it's good, other days not so much. Seems like its hard to get entire orders right, or food is cold. I hate complaining... about fast food joints, but for the prices you have to pay for unhealthy food, it's half not to. Read more
Im a local and the drinks are consistently disgusting no matter time, day, shift or any other factor, they are always the... nastiest drink you could imagine. Food is either cold or burnt there is no in between and multiple times my nuggets or mydaughters have tasted awful as if they never clean the fryers. Orders are messed up fairly rarely but when they are itsimpressive how wrong they can be. Employees are a mostly alright but some look coked out 24/7 and try to send you off with onlyyour drinks and look shocked that you actually ordered food as well, it would be one thing if I was asked to move forward towait but this woman straight up thought I only had drinks. Falmouth needs a fast food restuarant open as long as this one is butthis one needed to be shut down years ago. Read more
If you want fast food go north. The line was backed up to US 27. Then a local village idiot decides to cuss me out because the... traffic was backed up in which I reciprocated. Management sucks there but half of the staff doesn't have a likeable attitude...why? Probably because they don't get paid enough... like those that worked there long enough should. Last few times food was barely fresh but one incident I was compensated forbefore previous said problems. Dang if you do or don't either way there. Read more
