Sometimes it happens but, thought I'd make this note worthy. I ordered the honey almond flat white w/1 shot. Didn't receive... it I showed up at 1040 I had to be to work at 11. Thought I could squeeze in enough time to get my drink and leave. 20 minuteslater my drink still isn't made. Granted I should've thought ahead but feel like my drink would've been a 30-40 minute wait. Ifsomeone doesn't get there drink or isn't there to receive it, that should be an automatic refund. I pretty much just donated mytime and money to this store. This doesn't stop me from coming back here but something's gotta be done about the speed orrefunds or free drink next time.... Read more
Order is wrong 7/10 times. Wait time ridiculous. Worst Starbucks in the greater Portland area.
There new location is absolutely gorgeous. Love the open concept. Staff is amazing, extremely friendly. My new favorite summer... location. Read more
Every time I come to the Starbucks there is always an issue whether it?s they made the wrong drink, they don?t have something in... stock but they said they did on the app and then I get charged for it anyway. Sorry to say this is my least favorite Starbucksto go to. Read more
1st time I was at this location, everything was nice and clean, employees were nice and helpful, food and drinks were consistent... with other locations. Absolutely no complaints. It's on the way to an appointment for me and I have no problem with stopping byagain the next time I have to go that way. Read more
The staff seems to show up whenever they please, and change theirs hours of operation to suit their whims. It?s a constantly... moving target. I?m not real sure how the manger of this store keeps their job running it like this. On the flip side, the Dunkinacross the street is open when they say they are, the line moves quickly, and you won?t be overcharged for watered-down coffee. Read more
When you show up at 1:40 and they close at 2, not allowed to go inside or order on line (which would have made the line move way... faster) and they turn you away at exactly 2:00 pm....like 13 cars, that is ridiculous. At least send an employee out at 2 andtell those cars after 2 they are closed, but all cars in line before 2 should be served. I wasn't able to even get my drinkbefore work....not the end of the world but definitely poor customer service. Than for corporate to offer me $5 when my drinkalone is $9 is ridiculous. Keep the $5 honestly. Altho I will say every other Starbuck is FABULUOS, NEVER had any problems. Read more
Perhaps this location is too busy and can?t retain good help but I?ve been Regularly disappointed for the past two years. my... drink order just tastes bad here. now I go out of my way to get my coffee. The northgate location puts out a much betterproduct or should I say they put out a product on par. Maybe y?all should attract better baristas with better pay? Read more
