Good food but very pricey as far as I'm concerned for the Sandwich.

I was in the mood to try something new, I ended up ordering the southwest Chipotle steak and cheese. I asked for the sandwich to... made as described in the menu no extras. I watched the person make my sandwich, clearly didn't know how to make it as shecontinued to turn around to look at the menu board. She asked if I wanted any veggies, I replied no, I want it exactly like themenu described nothing added. She even asked if I wanted it heated, well yeah it's steak and cheese. Maybe she was new? Shewent to wrap it and I asked what about the cheese? She said it's in there. I said I don't see it, she said she added to thesteak before heating it. There was no cheese visible and non could be tasted. It was a poor experience, I would have given 2.5stars but not allowed. Read more
The counter person did not seem to be happy with her job. There was no greeting, she seemed to be miserable making my sandwich... and didn't look at me or make any kind of eye contact at all. I got the Italian Herb & Cheese bread which was flavorless. Thecucumbers looked like they had seen better days and I was questioning whether or not it was honey mustard or something else. Read more

Rude staff, over charged me, then argued with me about it and did not reimburse me the difference. Coke had nearly no syrup in... it, again argued with ne about it, and the cups leak at the seam of the cup and lid. Over all miserable experience, however onething they did right was they were very pleasant to my 3 year old when he was misbehaving in line. Read more
