We made reservations weeks in advance for a table of 9, we end up in the parking lot in a tent next to the road, the chairs were... uncomfortable. I had the chicken parm, it was good, this place is on the expensive side, so know that before you go. Ipersonally do not think that it was worth all that money to sit outside in a covered tent with the wind blowing, and watchingcars speed by, not my idea of dining atmosphere, especially for the money we spent for 9 people eating dinner. If we were diningoutdoors with an ocean view, than I would have said it was worth the money! Everybody liked the meal they ordered, so nocomplaints there. Food gets 4 stars, atmosphere get 2 stars, so it averages out to 3 stars for me. BTW, our waitress was great. Read more

Omgeee!!!! This place is amazing! Where do I begin... the food, the service, the drinks! Whenever I'm visiting Falmouth, I have... to eat here. The calamari was delish, the pork belly was stellar and I had the pork chop for dinner. Also tasted the shrimpscampi...so scrumptious! Please support and dine at C Salt. You will NOT be disappointed! Prepare yourself to be blown away by an incredible meal. The chef/owner is from The French Laundry in CA and has created a... wonderful relaxed armory with exquisitely prepared food. We had the oysters and tuna tartare appetizers. Main courses were thetuna and swordfish dishes- both the BEST we?ve ever had. Mark the bartender was personable and attentive. So we arrived early for a 7:30 reservation. Sat immediately. Instant food vibe going on with the open kitchen & bar area... spilling out into the dining room. Gotta say we were not sure of the decor but we were not here to talk about fabrics and colorpallets. The menu is tight in my favorite king of way. Like I wanted more than half of everything and was forced to settle. NowI?m super luck because my wife likes to share finally, took like 16 years but it happened. Oysters Rochafeller delicious, saladwas super fresh and delicious, focaccia and dipping evoo was deep in flavor. The wife had a lobster pasta dish that surprised usboth with the unique flavor of tomato and cheese and the fresh pasta. Now comes the kicker. My Chicken Parma should not havebeen served. Period. The cutlet was burned and inedible. Our server who was fantastic quickly took it away. And we spilt theyummy lobster plate and ended with the 66% cacao mousse. Unbelievable.
