Went here for lunch with my family. The atmosphere was fun and casual, although the food was just okay. I had the village green... sandwich which had almost no taste. Personally I don?t see the appeal of the thick bland meat paired with greens which keptfalling out of the bread. I would?ve enjoyed more flavor. Also the salad we ordered was fine except it was served with minimaldressing and had rotting leaves in it. Other things were fine, perhaps some menu items are simply unsuitable for youngerpalettes and the kitchen was having a long day. Still a bit disappointing. Read more

Just a wonderful meal we had at the Pickle Jar Kitchen! We went on a Sunday in mid September so it was about a 30 min wait time... but they took our number and we just went shopping down the street while we waited. But the food was fantastic. We had theFrench fries which were thin cut and unique, the tofu scramble, and the gluten free French toast. The gluten free French toastwas a special treat for me since I haven?t had that dish in a very long time being gluten free. It was fluffy, not too sweet, and hit the spot! My partner said the tofu scramble was one of the best he ever had in a restaurant. The atmosphere was verynice and open, and the coffee was great as well! This restaurant is worth the wait time, so don?t worry! Read more

Recommended by my colleague and definitely a lovely place to go for breakfast! Opens at 9am. And they have some tables outside.... The trees on the terras gave some nice shade. (I dont like situatie ing in the sun while eating) Not easy to find a Parkingplace here. Just park at the street. We had our breakfast here on Monday morning. Staff was oke but not very friendly and wehad to wait long before our breakfast arrived. Salad with egg and toast tasted good! I ordered coffee and fresh orange juice. But the orange juice wasnt fresh. Read more

I just enjoyed the best salad here for lunch. I definitely recommend this place. I was conflicted about what to order. I loved... what I had, but now I want to come back to try more. Hopefully I will be in this area again someday. Read more

Very popular spot for lunch that did not disappoint! I got "The Firehouse" sandwich and the pork was moist, tender and full of... flavor. The pickled carrots on top added a nice crunch and the bun wasn't soggy at all despite how juicy the meat was. My wifegot the "The Pickle Jar Chicken Sammy" and loved every bite. We got the fried pickle chips and fries as a starter. The fries aremore like potato sticks and I didn't taste any spice on the ketchup but they were still really good. They have outdoor seatingas well as indoor. It can get crowded but they'll take your number and give you a call when seating is ready so you can walkaround the small shops nearby while you wait. Highly recommend the firehouse sandwich!! Read more

It was about 10 am o. Sunday and everywhere we went for breakfast in Falmouth had a long list, we finally put our name in at the... Pickle Jar Restaurant and while they offer a small breakfast menu, we were pleasantly surprised. The egg sandwich with sausage &cheese on a toasted roll along with the side of pickled Veggies was great. Will certainly go back again! Read more

Food was incredible, especially if you like pickles. Although the menu was hard to interpret and we wish the serving size was a... bit larger for the price. Regardless, the service was great and the place was clean and quaint. Read more
