Ordered online....went to pick up completed order and all doors were locked...staff gathering inside didn't respond to customers... at the door trying to get in..... They were having some type of an issue inside with equipment.... But instead of greetingpeople at the door to let them know there was an issue inside they just shut and lock the doors and ignored everybody... Theowner needs to do some training Read more

Blamed their service on how many people during the summer. Its more the disorganization. Got coffee 30 mins after my food. Made... other orders for people who came in 10 mins after me. Go to Dunkin Donuts down the road. Read more

Awful. They get extremely busy during the summer and especially around the Fourth. That?s not the issue. They decided that... mobile order or drive thru were the only way to get coffee from them. The next step was to shut down mobile order and now youcan only do the drive thru. Now they are screwing up the whole intersection with cars waiting to order. Terrible management Read more

Was there about 45 minutes before they closed I gave them my order they gave me the wrong thing I asked them to please remake it... and I was basically given a watered down version of my drink. It was disgusting. I understand it sucks to have to redo a drinkbut it was their mistake not mine. Read more

This Starbucks is in a great location, but I have to admit that the way it practices its business is a bit bizarre. As a... customer, you can walk into the store, but you cannot buy anything unless you use the mobile app or spend time going through thedrive thru. Consequently, it is very strange for the store to display merchandise and coffee packs while customers are inside.Since not being able to purchase displayed merchandise is not the norm for the in-store experience, I have seen frustratedcustomers and have also observed lost opportunities for the store to make easy sales. I suppose that I can understand that thestaff might want to streamline things by queuing up orders with the app and focusing on the drive thru. However, if the store isopen, then they should try to find a way to make in-person sales as well. For example, if a customer is interested in buyingthings like coffee packs, then a vending machine could be bought to automatically dispense that. The same goes for bottledbeverages. As a business, it is important to satisfy the customers, meet expectations, and make sales whenever possible. Read more
