Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 30 minutes tonight. I didn't complain or anything just asked if there was a way for me... leave after about 10 minutes but I was blocked in by other cars. After finally getting to the window to pay it took another 10minutes to make my food. Overall it was an hour trip to taco bell, no employee told me why I had to wait or much less apologize.I was charged full price and my new toasted cheddar chulupa came out a regular chulupa so after all that the food for me waswrong.
