I was very disappointed in my visit to this location. I ordered the Classic Combo off the menu board and was told that they had... no such combo meal. After completing my order, it took 22 minutes to get my food, the order was incorrect, and the food wascold. It is highly unlikely that I will visit this location again. Read more

Alot of people don't like the bell..I think they offer better priced food then the burger places though. That double steak... burrito is killer. They should offer 5 dollar boxes often to keep pace with burger joints or in my opinion stay ahead of theburger joints. Read more
The lady who works the drive-thru is a lovely, kind person. The rest of the employees couldn?t care less about customer service... or making edible food. We have been going to this Taco Bell for 8 years and it has gone so far downhill that we will never gothere again. They shorted my daughter 3 tacos in the drive-thru, so she went inside to get them. They kept her waiting foreverand she never got the tacos. She gave them the receipt showing she paid for them, and she didn?t know what to do so she camehome. I tried to call to get them to refund me, and all I got was a fax squeal in my ear. They forget something in our orderalmost every time, they don?t care, and their food is nasty-it?s obvious they are just throwing stuff together with no care. Ihope they go out of business. Read more
Most times I've come to this location, there's been a line of 6+ cars in the drivethrough. I don't mind waiting--I'm part of the... dinner rush, after all--but what I do mind is poor customer service. After 10 minutes in line to get my pre-ordered food, myinteraction with the person at the window is, "Here you go," followed by the window being shut. "Thank you for waiting," asmile, and "Have a nice day" are for other places. Not this Taco Bell, not tonight. Read more
Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 30 minutes tonight. I didn't complain or anything just asked if there was a way for me... leave after about 10 minutes but I was blocked in by other cars. After finally getting to the window to pay it took another 10minutes to make my food. Overall it was an hour trip to taco bell, no employee told me why I had to wait or much less apologize.I was charged full price and my new toasted cheddar chulupa came out a regular chulupa so after all that the food for me waswrong. I was in the drive thru almost an hour in total. This place needs to just close and someone needs to make this right!Don't believe me just check the drive thru times. This was a joke!
