Placed online order on Friday at 7pm. Store closes at 9pm as posted. When I arrived, store was pitch black and people pulling... in to find store closed. Only way to get refund is to email corporate. Quick response stating manager would respond. ManagerPatel contacted me next day and said I need to come in the next day, (Sunday) before 2pm to get a refund. First they closedearly, (seems to happen a lot at this store based on reviews). Then they tell me to come in on a Sunday before 2pm to get arefund. Ridiculous, just credit my account or email me an e-card for the amount. Horrendous manager as you can see in thereviews. Staff is friendly, but manager needs to be changed. Read more
The staff is super friendly here. Unlike a lot of Dunkin donuts they actually talk to you and act like normal friendly people

Totally Disappointed! On Mon/Wed/Fri I pick up my granddaughter from school and stop by Dunkin? donuts. The staff greeted her... with a smile and knew exactly what she wanted(juice, frosted donut, and mini bagel and a small coffee) BUT today we were greetedby the manager ordered our usual . I asked for a cup with lid and straw. She said No cup or straw. I repeated it and she said wedont give cups or straws, bring your own! I told her she is a toddler and needed a cup snd straw. She rudely said she would doit this one time. In the meantime all customers in line heard our exchange and also surprised by her rudeness. When I went with my two daughters today the manager was not very helpful. I went to go put money into my mobile card on my phone... and he said that it was not possible without a gift card. I have been able to reload this card many times at other Dunkin?Donuts places. When I ordered my hot drink he started making it iced I had to tell him to stop. I ordered my drink with one pumpof French vanilla swirl and he put in three now my drink is extremely sweet. I then ordered two donuts and a bagel. He handed memy two donuts and ended the transaction. I then had to remind him that I ordered a bagel because he forgot. As he went on tomake my bagel he started putting it in the toaster and I had to stop him because I did not want a toasted bagel. Then he put onthe cream cheese which was a very poorly spread on the bagel and there was not much on there. This is my very last visit at thislocation. Read more
Terrible experience. Placed an online order at 8:30 PM, store closing time was 9 PM. Got there ten minutes later and store was... closed. Employee was inside and after knocking, he told me that they wrap up everything 30 minutes prior to closing time. Theycannot make orders for 8:30 PM and onwards. I asked for a refund, he said I can?t do that. You can come in tomorrow and getyour order or you can call my store manager tomorrow. He made me feel like I was clueless and in the wrong. I tried to explainto him that even at Starbucks or other Dunkins, I?ve showed up 10 minutes prior to closing and received my order. I wasted 1hour of my time going to get coffee, and calling corporate for a refund. This is unacceptable. Normally if a store closes at 9PM, you can show up at 8:30 or even 8:45 and order your item and receive it. I hate writing a terrible review, but I am verydisappointed and will not be recommend this store. Read more
Always out of items in the evening, would accept orders on app, say manger not here can?t refund and shove leftover to complete... order. Ordered latte first served Matcha, drove back served cold coffee against hot coffee order in hot coffee container.Seriously!! Read more
