Hey guys this place rocks! They have the cutest backyard with lovely murals and lots of plants. I would go on a date here or... just some family dinner. The food is excellent and very fresh, there are healthy options throughout the menu. I highly recommendthe chicken Shawarma it was delicious and they have really awesome authentic desserts that I will be coming back for. Upon walking into this delightful little gem of a restaurant at Rockaway Beach, Mike (the owner) told us that Kimo?s has the... best ? and healthiest! ? food around. He?s right. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious and absolutely packed with flavor.The back patio with ample outdoor seating is cute, clean and covered in plants, including a vegetable garden growing tomato,cucumber and herbs. Wow based on the reviews, I expected Kimo?s to be good - but it was BEYOND amazing! Feels like a hidden gem in Rockaway Beach!... So authentic, flavorful, and great portions. I ordered Spanakopita, bowl with lamb souvlaki, and rice pudding! I can?t wait totry more dishes, and definitely the breakfast! Read more

This place is a hidden gem. I've tried the chicken shawarma pita, fries, and carrot cake and they were mouthwatering (and very... reasonably priced)! The fries in particular are addictive. I always want to explore more on the menu but I can't let go of theshawarma. Definitely make a stop here if you decide to spend a day out at Rockaway! Read more
I'm part of an app called Too Good To Go. It helps with food waste. I went to Kimo's one other time before tonight's TGTG... adventure. The food was very good. We ordered two bowls, a fat boy gyro, lentil soup, grape leaves and some sambusa and it was all... delicious. The outdoor dining was all very pretty. Definitely will go back again. Read more
