I popped in to my local Applebee's today for a quick lunch. I was seated immediately and my server was quick to stop by and get... my food and drink order. I had the Oriental Chicken Salad with grilled chicken. The salad was delicious but the breadstick thatcame with it was soaked in some sort of garlic grease. I wiped it off with a napkin but it was still too greasy to eat. Read more
This is the second time we have ordered WELL DONE AND THEY COME ABSOLUTELY BLOODY! Raw! Was supposed to get a call back the... first time, never did, and now was told nothing can be done they will call me, this is absolutely ridiculous and not ok! Rawmeat! Read more
I ordered pick up. With the kids meals I ordered the sundaes. The kids received smoothies instead of sundaes. I ordered bourbon... chicken and shrimp, someone needs to let their cook know salt is not a substitute for season. On top of it being cooked untilcharred and dry the salt was to insane to eat the entree. Unfortunately I just won't return to this location at all. Not worthmy time or money. Read more
I had slight hopes that the food would be halfway decent. It was terrible. Cold, gummy, and dry mac n cheese, soggy fries ( like... they'd been sitting in a metal bowl under the heat lamps), overcooked shrimp, and very overcooked boneless wings. If you're a college kid looking for old soggy French fries and really Saucy wings, look no further. Every extra charge never... made the carry out order and even forgot some of the original condiments for those of us staying in the hotel next door. Whenone orders a French dip, they are flabbergasted when there's no au jus in the cup. I walked it all the way back and the Managerdidn't seem to see a real issue and even seemed put out that I asked for what should have originally come with my meal. Take themoney wasted on a cold and incomplete meal and buy yourself a Cornerstone Pizza with a pizazz pizza maker. We waited for about 45 minutes after we were seated. We watched the waitress wait on other customers as well as bus tables. ... While we waited, we swatted flies. Finally, I got up and chased down the waitress so we could place our order. I have longloved any Applebee's, but this is one I will never go into again. The restaurant was far from busy, and had many, many emptytables and booths. The waitress apologized and told us she had not been "told" we were there to eat. However, she bused tablesall around us. I pointed out that, perhaps, she should have looked over her section once in awhile. I don't know who is toblame and it is not important as I will Never go back. Read more
If you wanna get served raw chicken and then only be offered only the app price off your bill then go here. Tried to come to a... fair agreement with the manager to atleast cover our meal charges but he was rude. Waiter also didn?t like us trying to becompensated for eating raw chicken so was unpleasant after the ordeal. Won?t be coming back to any applebees after this. Note:after complaining multiple times one meal and the app was taken off the bill, still ridiculous that we had to argue in order toget that done. Read more
The hostess was wonderful sat us right away and the waiter was quite attentive and was able to help with all our questions. Food... was pretty good and the atmosphere was buzzing. The staff was quite accommodating and I had a wonderful time. Read more
