Stood and sat at the entrance for 15 minutes and no one came to seat us so we walked in and sat at a table. We saw a host ... walking a couple of folks to a table so we stood up and she looked at the s 3 different times but continued to walk to thekitchen. So I went back to the entrance for 5 more minutes and no one came to help us be seated. This was 10/14 starting at1:50. We left and drove to the Applebees on 13th. Fantastic host seating and service. Seated immediately and all the staff we encountered were phenomenal. They were all super nice and made us laugh a few times,... even though it was just a couple of us having a quick dinner. (Kudos to the bartender for making my second drink extradelicious!) The food was very good and the cooks did awesome with our steak and burgers, getting both just the right amount ofpink in them. You will be spending a little bit. For 5 people we paid $114 before adding the tip. However, the food is spectacular! Worth... every penny we paid. The service was phenomenal, we were served by Damian. Whom was very pleasant and accommodating, alwayssmiling during our interactions. It was a perfect get together for us. (It was just a surloin steak, not the tips. I clicked thewrong suggestion.) I'm sorry for not getting a picture of what everyone ordered. I'm leaving them to review their own food ^.^ Read more

Service was great at the bar but food was a little disappointing. I ordered the Southwest Steak Caesar Salad and I had a few... bites and returned it. I did not reorder anything else. The meat was cubed up steak that was extremely overcooked and their wasso much dressing the salad was mushy. They did credit me back the price but I left hungry. This was a new item on the menu andnot their best work. Especially for 12$. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp and it was cooked perfectly but way too muchsalt. But at least it was eatable. I will post a picture of my salad and hope they work on. The steak should be medium rare andsliced not cubed and burnt. Make it more presentable and take southwest out of the description. Read more
Everything was great except we went for the sizzling skillets that have been advertised on TV but they were no where on the... menu. I asked about them and the waitress got a whole other menu that has them. Doesn't make much sense to have a while line ofspecialty items advertised on TV and not even offer the menu for them to your customers. Why waste your money advertising? Read more
