The food was good but service was terrible. The cashier was very unfriendly and they forgot part of our order.
Update close times?? Called and they said open till 4pm 7days a week wow. They updated close times to 4pm then back to 10pm.... Again are closed before 7pm, what?s the point in staying open?? Read more
By the way, anyone who complains that restaurant didn?t update closing hours on google, the restaurant employees/managers have... no access to google to change the hours, they have no control over that. Even if they did, the hours usually change dailydepending on what staff shows up that day. Read more
Only drive thru was open as of 8/25/22. Staff wasn't great at checking to ensure order accuracy... Our order was missing all of... the fries in the order. So I had to drive back around and wait in line all over again because the lobby wasn't open. Superfrustrating. Read more
Always had good luck at this Arby's. Food is always fresh and order is always correct.
Ordered a 2 for 6 classic roast beef combo with no bun. This is what I got x 2. I get that without the bun, it is literally just... a pile of meat. At least make the presentation nice. Meat was warm with cold spots and overall looked unappetizing. Tastedbetter than it looked. 3/10. Might as well skip on ahead. Read more
Ordered a ham and Swiss melt which is normally a few very thin slices of ham and melted Swiss cheese on a bun. I got 2 thicker... slices of ham, cut with the grain instead of against (which dried it out) a slice of cold swiss on a bun. I ate the bottom bun.The crinkle fries were the only thing worth eating.
