I?ve been to quite a few Starbucks and the Starbucks at this Barnes and noble was absolutely horrible. The employees that helped... me (at 7:30 pm 11/18/2022) were insanely rude and when they got my drink wrong they had a terrible attitude. It doesn?t takemuch to be nice but these two girls made me get into a bad mood cuz of how badly they treated us. Read more
I love Barnes & Noble, I can spend hours in there. My only wish is that they have more of a selection of my kind of books.... (which I will leave nameless as to not sound too selfish) being able to have a cup of coffee while looking through a possiblepurchase is a nice touch. I have been going there for many years. I?d like to start off with I work in retail and understand the challenges and I don?t normally leave bad reviews. The cashier... who was helping us was very kind and did their job very well. This review is more so about the frustrating experience I had thanany kind of poor customer service. Two months ago we renewed a 25$ Barnes and Noble membership and didn?t keep the receipt.When we went in today to buy some books we were told that the membership was never renewed despite us having paid for it alreadyand because we didn?t have a receipt there was nothing they could do. We were told that it sometimes happens when ringing upmemberships that they don?t get rung up correctly (?) or something like that and that?s why it didn?t go through and we shouldhave kept our receipt. However we were never told this when we first purchased the card. If it?s really such an issue wherecashiers are forgetting to renew the card after having the customer pay for it there, my recommendation is that there be moretraining to prevent this issue in the future as we had to pay for another membership and essentially paid $50 for one membershipbecause the cashier rung us up incorrectly. I shop at this Barnes and nobles all the time and love the employees who arefriendly and helpful so this was a disappointing experience. I hope my feedback can help make the store a little better, I trulydon?t enjoy leaving negative reviews but this time I just feel it truly necessary. Read more
Okay, so I love this place. Its legit my favorite book store in the area. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Food and drinks are... served in a timely manner. But also, the atmosphere is generally great at this location. Being able to sit down, read a book,use the wifi and enjoy yourself is pretty easy to do here. Loved this location for years and I like taking my kids here tillthis day. Read more
My first bookstore visit since moving from Los Angeles. Evaluating the assortment as a former bookstore employee and corporate... book buyer for a national chain, this location is huge and well stocked, especially in fiction, self improvement, and books forkids and young readers. Also good graphic novel and manga sections, and the toy, puzzle, and games sections are great. If I hadone small qualm I'd say the fine art section could be more robust but that's maybe just me. Staff was friendly and super helpfultoo - the book I was looking for wasn't in stock so they happily special ordered it for me. All in all a great store. Read more
I love going to Barnes and Nobles and I am a total book lover. There are so many different kinds of books here, gifts for anyone... or occasion and a coffee shop thrown in so what's not to love here right? I like seeing books about politics, different hobbiesand what authors I can discover. I have a hard time leaving Barnes and Nobles once inside. There is a public restroom there too. Read more
We love the Barnes and Noble overall but literally every time I bring my wife with me, they follow her around, down EVERY AISLE... and we don't see anyone else, including me getting that kind of attention.
