I love it here! The bread is amazing and I love the pastries! They even have brownies and my favorite chocolate pastry that is... hard to find elsewhere. I'm also glad that they have Challah bread. The dipping oils are delicious, I highly recommend roastedgarlic and onion. The punch cards are great too, I just wish I would stop losing them. Best bread in town. It is the only place that supplies REAL bread that is healthy for you and not mushy bread full of... preservatives. When you hear bread crack on the outside when you try to break it, that is how you know it is the real deal.(They also have softer breads) PS - My favorites are Russian Rye, Buttertop, and Sourdough. The bread is great here. But the hours don't seem to be accurate. Closed on a Saturday by noon. Update: In response to Rob,... I've added a star as the bread/baked goods really are great. But using Facebook to provide closure updates doesn't work foreveryone. I don't use Facebook. Please post a notice in the window moving forward. Read more
I love your breads and the friendly staff....oh, the delicious samples too! My sister and I use to come buy breads together... regularly. Now she lives in another state and they don't have a Breadsmith bakery. Last month, she came to visit and made a tripto your bakery to buy a brioche within 2 hours of landing in Fargo! :) Read more
Breadsmith most definitely has the best homemade bread in the area. The variety is outstanding & quality can't be beat. I've... searched for a longtime to find a bakery that could match my grandma's homemade bread; sure brings back memories. Absolutely thebest. A must stop if you love baked goods, (bread, rolls, coffee cakes, cookies,dessert cakes & specialty items etc). Friendlystaff & they allow you to sample the product before you purchase. Awesome FRESH bread! My family is always excited to see me come home with a breadsmith bag. They have certain breads every day... and then a monthly calendar for specialty breads. A favorite of ours is cheddar pepper buns, they are perfection. It takes me ahalf hour to get there and back home but it's worth it. Read more
Well I can't say anything positive or negative about the employee that was working. He was just a quiet man. I didn't feel any... unease in the store, they had amazing products. I bought a Sourdough Loaf and a French baguette. Both were so good that Icouldn't make it home without eating some. My fiance was eating the end of the baguette out of the bag it was so good. If you'replanning something special or just want some really really good bread, get on down to Breadsmith. Read more
