Table we sat at was dirty. Burger was room temp but fries were hot...ordered without salt.
This has got to be the worst bk in the u.s. the setup is horrible you drop off the face of the earth from pot holes. The workers... are rude shouldn't even be working there. The lanes are waaaay to small to even fit a normal size pickup. Place is a joke dontgo here unless you wanna waste your time waiting half hour for your food. Worst experience ever. Whenever i come here people are on break and won't take my order or when they do its horrible service.... Today I go in with a gift card and they refuse to use it so after arguing and her swearing at me for 20 min I asked for amanager. He came over and did it for me. The waitress then handed me my drinks and shoved it into my hand causing the drink toexplode everywhere. She then gave me my food that was missing half of my order wich I went back up and asked for the rest of thefood I paid for which in turn gave me a bunch more swearing. Read more
Stopped here about a week ago around 9P.M. The fries were fresh but the burgers were not the best. All the chairs in lobby were... put up and the lobby appeared closed and rather uninviting. I would have given a one star rating but there was one employeeworking very hard and I felt bad they were the only one putting forth any effort. Read more
I usually come here after work when the grocery store is closed or insanely busy, the customer service is superb and top-tier... compared to all other fast food restaurants in the area (that I?ve been to). The only reason two stars is deducted is thislocation also has the worst parking lot ever. I?ve never seen such a bad parking lot, heck I?m surprised my car didn?t pop atire in the potholes. Or at the very least damage the bottom of my car. I hate to complain about that since the employees arejust so pleasant but the parking lot needs to be fixed before someone really does wreck a part of their car. If I could give zero stars I would. The food was cold (not even lukewarm). Onion rings were so cold and stale they were nearly... inedible. There were missing items from my order. Customer service was nonexistent. All of this despite being the only customerin the entire restaurant. Don't waste your money here! I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before dropping $30 at aplace that clearly doesn't care about its customers. Read more
I am very disappointed in the service and quality of food at this location. I waited in the drive-thru for 6 minutes just for... them to tell me their debit/credit reader is broken. I didn't have cash on me so I couldn't be served. I ended up going throughthe line because their was a car in front and behind me. Food is often cold and the kitchen looks dirty. Wish there was a zero rating! Went in about a week ago. Tables were all filthy. They messed up my order and everything was cold.... The place was so uninviting I tossed my meal instead of following up with them to correct it. This place used to be my go tofast food place but not anymore. Read more
