Put in an online order on 3/6/21 - Came to pick it up, and they could not find it. Verified the Order # and location. Apparently... they let a delivery company take it. They said they could remake it, but it would take 25 more minutes, on top of the 30minutes we already waitied. I asked for a discount for the inconvienience, and they said they couldn't do anything about thatwithout a manager on site. So - they cancelled our order, wasted an hour of our time, and left us with a very bad experience anno real reason to order from there again. Read more
This is my go-to gas station. The one. Like above all the other ones that exist, and should be the mother ship store, if thats a... thing. I stop at this Casey's pretty much every other day. The employees, for real, all of them, are phenomenal and superaccommodating, and lemme just say.... the pizza here? It is THE best slices* I've had at any Casey's location. Thats a prettystrong statement, too. Make sure to get the Caseys app, even if you only sporadically stop there. Called this morning to order a breakfast pizza. The gentleman in the kitchen that I talked to was very nice and helpful. He said... they would get the order in right away. When I got there, the woman at the register helped me right away and ran back to get mypizza. The gentleman in the kitchen recognized my name and made a point to come and thank me for the order and to have a greatday. This level of customer service was a great experience to start my day, and I just wanted to thank the staff. There is aCasey?s closer to my house that didn?t answer this morning when wanting to order the pizza, so called this location and willmake it a point to drive a few extra minutes for this wonderful service.
