Closing time listed as 10pm and that food orders are allowed until 9:30. Put in an order on the app at 8:49, with a call back... that there kitchen was closing at 9? Please update hours on google and casey's app if service hours have changed. Read more
Put in an online order on 3/6/21 - Came to pick it up, and they could not find it. Verified the Order # and location. Apparently... they let a delivery company take it. They said they could remake it, but it would take 25 more minutes, on top of the 30minutes we already waitied. I asked for a discount for the inconvienience, and they said they couldn't do anything about thatwithout a manager on site. So - they cancelled our order, wasted an hour of our time, and left us with a very bad experience anno real reason to order from there again. Read more
This is my go-to gas station. The one. Like above all the other ones that exist, and should be the mother ship store, if thats a... thing. I stop at this Casey's pretty much every other day. The employees, for real, all of them, are phenomenal and superaccommodating, and lemme just say.... the pizza here? It is THE best slices* I've had at any Casey's location. Thats a prettystrong statement, too. Make sure to get the Caseys app, even if you only sporadically stop there. It has morecoupons/specials/offers than any other retail app I use. *2 slices and a medium fountain soda for 5 bucks every single stinkin'day (even the bacon breakfast pizza, just sayin') Read more
A chick work there named destiny shorted me on my change. I paid with a 100 dollar bill. She didn?t give me a receipt and when I... came back to get my change she said she didn?t remember me coming in the store. Ordered two breakfast pizzas online for in store pickup and when I arrived at pickup time, the pizzas were not only not made but... the order was ignored. The employees could not stop arguing with each other on who was going to make pizzas and they asked me ifI still wanted them and I said of course they told me it would take 20 minutes I said of course and then they continued to argueover who was going to make them. Needless to say I left without pizzas and a horrible taste in my mouth and no apologies frommanagement who stared at me like a child with poop in his pants as if I was supposed to come up with the solution. Called this morning to order a breakfast pizza. The gentleman in the kitchen that I talked to was very nice and helpful. He said... they would get the order in right away. When I got there, the woman at the register helped me right away and ran back to get mypizza. The gentleman in the kitchen recognized my name and made a point to come and thank me for the order and to have a greatday. This level of customer service was a great experience to start my day, and I just wanted to thank the staff. There is aCasey?s closer to my house that didn?t answer this morning when wanting to order the pizza, so called this location and willmake it a point to drive a few extra minutes for this wonderful service.
