My family and I typically love chipotle, we have been eating here for years. We recently moved to Fargo and figured we haven?t... had any problems with them before so we figured we would be getting a solid dinner. Yea, we were wrong. They were extremelyshort staffed, I mean 2 people in the restaurant at 5pm for a dinner rush. So the line was long, like to the door long, butthat?s not something uncommon for them, but usually it?s just because they are busy not because there?s only two people runningthe join. Then it?s finally our turn to order and they were out of fajitas, guacamole and when I asked the girl to put a littlemore cheese(mind you she gave me literally like 5 little shreds to start with, she said ?no sorry I have to have some for theother customers?, I told her I would be fine to pay extra because at this point I just wanted my food to taste good since it wasmissing two things I usually get and I was only getting chicken, rice, and cheese. And she still said no. Was very disappointed.With all that to say we tried this location again a couple weeks ago to see if they had gotten better, they haven?t. If anythingit?s worse, still a very long line, even on a Tuesday at 11, which they just opened at 10:45 so not sure how that happened, andagain only 3 people working in the whole restaurant. This time to make matters worse it was so unclean it was disgusting, andthey had just opened so I?m assuming it was left from the day before, food was everywhere, on the floor and tables and chairs.Oh and this time they were out of tortillas and guacamole, so yea we have officially become Q-doba customers. Oh and if chipotlecorporation sees this you really need to do something about this location, it has nothing but horrible reviews and you arelosing customers from it. Burrito was great size and tasty but dirtiest restaurant I have been in for years. Food all over prep counters, the floor,... cooktops. If they clean at all it must be at end of the night. Read more
I don?t like to leave a bad review nor comment on a new place/ business, however, in this case I got extremely sick so I have... to. Today August 14th 2022 after a long drill weekend and work I placed an order ( simple bowl; rice, veggies, and chicken)which I do that at all Chipotle locations?. Not on this one, it was mishandled, not pleasant to look at and I paid the pricelater with a trip to the restroom. The place was dirty, my food was thrown away in to plate not placed in the rice was on oneside and the other ingredients on the other, and Jesus the lettuce was extremely old and blackish?.. I am not a brat nor pickyabout my food , but as I was happy to pay my hard earned money I would like my services in exchange. And in all honesty I shouldeat an MREs Bette then eating here. Stopped here on our way back to Minnesota from Bismarck. I have two kids with food allergies and the employees went above and... beyond. The food tasted good and the kids had no issues with the food. I?ll stop here again if I?m in the area. Read more
Ordered chicken burrito. Worst meal ever. Had chicken feet and other items in this dish. Could not contact them by phone because... it does not work. Will never go back. I would give them a zero if I could. You cannot even contact the corporate office. Stayaway you are getting chicken parts that should have been discarded. Read more

Order said it would be down at 5:30. Arrived to the store at 5:28 in the drive through to pickup it up. Inside had no one. And... the workers were sitting on the counters visiting. They asked the order name and I told them and they said it was in two ordersor something and that it would be 10 minutes l. I don?t know what two orders meant I had placed it all in one. Then the personworking said to pull around because others cars whose food was done could get theirs when already waiting in line for 10minutes. Will not go back here. Read more
I ordered a bowl like I have done many times. This time the rice was not cooked all the way and the flavors that you normally... can taste were not there. It tasted like nothing was seasoned. I?m very disappointed and paid for door dash so it was moreexpensive than just going in. I?m not sure if I will continue to go to a restaurant where the consistency is not there. MaybePancheros will be a better option. I?ve never had a bad experience there. Read more
